MY FATHER HAS EXPIRED LEAVING A HOUSE WITH A WILL TO MY WIFE'S NAME IN LUCKNOW . NOW IT IS TO BE TRANSFER IN MY WIFE'S NAME. WHETHER MUTATION IS TO DONE WITH NAGAR NIGAM, AVAS VIKAS OR WITH REGISTRAR OFFICE. THE HOUSE WAS ON LEASE FROM AVAS VIKAS BUT IT IS NOW FREE HOLD WHICH WAS GOT DONE BY MY FATHER. WHETHER APPLICATION BE SUBMITTED TO ONE OF ABOVE OR WITH ALL.

respected sir,
i am in first floor, above my house one flat same size , from his bath room , toilet out let water leakage to my ceiling,
now the owner is staying some where in the local area he let out the house , the tenant saying that , this is not our problem you have to spend for repair work the owner of the property is not responding . day by day the wall and beam is getting wet more than 90 days . how to solve i am not interested to fight and legally how to claim
can we make any complaint to police station or any govt office to high light the toilet outlet water leakage problem (it will create the infection to our children's)
Due to Typing mistake wrong cheque number mention in legal notice of cheque bounce case.
what can I do ?

Dear Sirs, I have taken possession of my flat in Feb'2018. Registration is still pending and getting delayed. May please clarify the time frame for registration after registration along penalty provision, Please give reference also. Property is located in West Bengal.

I have cheque give be buyer for property sell deed. date on cheque is 30-07-2018. Till which date cheque is valid to deposit in bank.

Iam Balakrishna chirra , i have a problem with my sure name....Actually my Real name is Balakrishna Yallavula, but from the childhood , i studied at my Uncles home his name is Kondaiah Chirra, then in my school days my Teacher written his name as father, then my name changed as balakrishna chirra, S/O kondaiah chirra,in 10th class to PG , Ration card,aadhar card, in passport also, then i got married , now i want change my childrens sure name as yallavula, please sugges me how to proceed ....

Sir, I am Krishna Prasad retired State Government Employee, Hyderabad. Sir, my brother in law taken a loan in the year 2004 from Syndicate Bank for construction of a flat for that I have given surety. My brother in law L.V. Ravi Chand expired on 31-05-2014 and I have cleared the entire outstanding loan which is more than the amount taken by him from that bank. In the loan application form he has mentioned his wife and daughter as legal heirs but they got divorced in the year 2004. As his lonely mother who was 82 years then have been depending on us as she does not have any support from any source. As my brother in law mentioned the legal heirs in the loan application form, the bank is not handing over the original title deed documents to us. In the month of July, 2018 I have addressed the Syndicate Bank Regional Office, Khyratabad, Hyderabad quoting the sections 140 & 141 and according to these sections as a surety holder I am entitled to receive the original title deed document of the flat. For this bank has agreed my right but they have asked me to obtain suitable orders from the court to enforce my right.
Sir, as I am elderly citizen and suffering from asthma staying with my daughter cannot move my case in the court all alone, can I have your help and advice in this matter.

Greetings!!
My case: My wife had left home on 28th of Apl'18 after a fight and abusing my family members, her father came and took her back to her parental home. Since then i am trying to convince her and had visited her home many times but they all start to misbehave when i go for a positive solution.
I tried my best to resolve the issues and also agreed to their demand of taking house on rent and leave my parents behind but could not come to any solution. My wife, her parents and sisters are pressuring me to take home on rent just next to their home and has directed me to take care of all the house hold spending. my wife is also earning and has refused to contribute in anything.
Immediately after the delivery of my daughter my wife took a break from her job and I transferred Rs 6 lakhs approx for future use and later i had booked an apartment in Noida for which I asked her for the money that I transferred in her account and she had refused to return the same and i owe amount to the builder.
I have a daughter of almost an year and I am not allowed to even speak to her when I got there.
It has become a mental & financial stress for me to handle this. Her parents are very egoistic and behave like a dictator.
I had a small fight with my wife some time ago before the birth of my daughter during which I slapped her unintentionally after she started abusing my parents in front of them. Her parents claim that they have a recording of that incident and are threatening me to sue me if I take any legal action against them to take divorce. All they say is neither they will apply for a divorce nor they will let me take divorce.
Plz advise as I genuinely wish to discontinue this relationship and wish to proceed with divorce as I dont know the outcome of divorce. My current salary is 65k per month and my wife earns 45k per month. She is not giving me the custody of my daughter which i want.

Agreement for sale
I have booked a flat at Navi Mumbai and have paid more than 20% of the agreement value to the builder. I have registered a proper agreement for sale with the builder last month. Is it mandatory to have a sale deed with the builder after full payment?
