WHETHER THE TEACHERS ARE COVERED UNDER ESIC ?
IF YES, UNDER WHAT ACT OR DEFINATION ?
IF THERE IS ANY JUDGEMENT OF ANY COURT WHERE IT IS HELD THAT TEACHERS ARE COVERED UNDER ESIC ?
WHETER TEACHERS ARE WORKMAN ?

In their reply the defendant assured the court that they will not act until they her from the court.Subsequently they have gone against their submission.Whether it amounts to contempt

My daughter who is USA resident has her NRE account in HDFC Bank in her name with father's name as the middle name.She has received redemption cheque in her name with her husband's name as middle name.The account number etc are the same.The Bank is not crediting the cheque and asking for copies of PP,Photo ID and marriage certificate.In USA the marriage certificate mentions the name of the husband and the name of the wife seperately.Will the bank accept this marriage certificate.(2) If it does not,then what is the other course of action. She is no doubt sending the Indemnity form along with these documents.Please reply keeping that the subject is in USA.

My father died a year back. He has a property(House) in Borabanda, Hyderabad which we want to transfer in my mothers name. But there is no legal proof that she is his wife.

I have a property which was in name of two brothers my dad & his brother,my dad passed away so his part stays with my mom my brother & with me ( we both are major).now recently uncle passed away leaving two minor sons & his wife.As an family settlement we r entitled to get tht property so can an minor gift it to my mom?? I dont want to show it as my aunt selling it & mom buying it as we don't have tht much liquidity to give money in taxes.Is there any other solution to it & not much expensive?

In a suit for partition between brothers, one of the defendants was set exparte. Later during the trial of the suit, that defendant died. Is it possible for his hegal heirs to implead themselves in the suit ?

in a suit for recovery of possession, on the side of defendant, DW2 filed proof affidavit and marked 3 documents and next hearing was posted for cross examination.
The day before the hearing date, DW2 died?
what will be the evidence of DW2?
can it be scrapped or taken as a whole?

TREATMENT UNDER PUNJAB VAT ACT
I AM A REGISTERED DEALER IN PUNJAB AND PURCHASE GOODS FROM TAXABLE PERSON WHICH IN TURN PURCAHSED GOODS FROM EXEMPTED ELECTRONIC UNIT IN PUNJAB WHICH IS LISTED IN ANNEXURE A @ 12.5%, NOW MY QUERIES ARE AS UNDER:
1) WHETHER I WOULD BE ELIGIBLE FOR NOTIONAL ITC OR I WOULD HAVE TO DEDUCT FROM MY GTO VALUE OF GOODS PURCHASED FROM EXEPMPTED UNIT.
2) WHETHER EXEMPTED UNIT AND SUBSEQUENT TAXABLE PERSON WOULD ISSUE VAT INVOICE OR RETAIL INVOICE AGST WHICH I CAN GET BENEFIT OF TAX AS MNETIONED IN QUERY 1.
3) WHETHER TAXABLE PERSONS AT SECOND STAGE AND AT SUBSEQUENT STAGES CAN GET BENEFIT OF TAX BY DEDUCTION OF PURCHASE FROM GTO OR IN FORM OF NOTIONAL ITC OR NOT.
4)WHETHER I CAN GET BENEFIT @ 4% ONLY OR AT THE RATE OF 12.5%
