I was working with a Private limited comapny,w hich is having the parent company based in germany. I have resigned from the company more than 45 days back, The resignation letter was accepted and my handing over is done from company people I have the Remails for the same.
Now company has refused to give me the relieving letter and asking me 3 month notice period or 3 months salary in lieu the same was there in my appointent letter. Due this I am not in position to join any else company , I have received a letter from company for the 3 month salary wherein I was suppose to take a months salary and other dues which are slightly less than 3 months salary, so company has asked to pay the remaining ammount.
Please suggest me what I can do in this is it possible to get money from company or what process i should follow to get relieving.

Ld counsels,
There is a criminal case instituted with malafide intensions and the police have fabricated the records of the criminal case. Can I approach the high court for quashing the criminal case and also for directions to initiate disciplinary action against the poilice oficers.
To me it appears that the cause of action is same for both the reliefs and I also have a SC judgement of the case below that Article 226 can be invoked fo quashing the criminal proceedings.
('Pepsi Foods Ltd. and another v. Special Judicial Magistrate and others [(1998)5 SCC 749]')
Kindly clarify whether the writ petition will be maintainable with the above 2 reliefs. Thanks

A Will has been made and signed by the testator on non judicial Stamped Paper and it includes a named Executor. The named executor and another person have signed as witnesses. The Will names six beneficiaries and does not include the executor or witness among them. The will has not been registered.
After the death of Testator, the Executor and witness are not cooperating in executing the will. However, copies of the Will were made available to the beneficiaries.
What is the procedure for the named beneficiaries to have the will implemented? Can the will be registered by any of the Beneficiaries? Is a Court Probate required for implementing the Will?

Hi,
I have a urgent query any help in this regards is highy appreciable.
This is related to IPC section 406 Criminal breach of trust.
Party "A" has filed a complaint in Criminal Court under section 406 for recovery of certain valuables but there isint any FIR launched for the same, the case is at very preliminary stage and No summon is yet directed to Party "B "from court that said No FIR & No SUmmon therefore no investigation is yet intiated Now party "A" does not want to continue the case and want to withdraw the petition, My query is
1) Can the case be withdrawn
2) what reason need to be mentioned if any in front of the magistrate if asked for ( in this case Party A simply dosent want to get in to the legal mess hence dosent want to continue any further proceeding)
3) Does Party "B" need to be present in court for filing any Joint application or Only Party A's withdrawal pursis will be sufficient ( Party B till date is not aware of any proceedings against him)
4) what is the exach procedure to do that.
Specific performance case
I have filed a case of specific performance and i am plantif ( buyer). My witnesses are closed. Defendet is a old lady of 75 years and i think she will not be in position of come for winess or cross examination. Can her son/doughters etc can , on behalf of her give witness/replis.
