my wife had filed multiple cases like 498A, 506 in Dec 2015 at Andra pradesh and then i filed a divorce case on jun 2017 in Karnataka where i live, after this she again filed a D V Case in Aug 2017 and an RCR in Dec 2017, and she has not pressed RCR and D V Case in may 2018 but has kept 498A and 506 in pending and i am attending the case at her place. I have told her to come for settlement, now she is telling she is not willing to divorce me and want to join me again, which i am not ready to accept.
My question is if i loose the divorce case which i am contesting, is it compulsory that i should live with wife though i am not willing.....? can the judge or the court force me to take her back....?

What are the laws for exindia leave for two or three years at a trail basis and the laws if he wants to come back and rejoin the same duty.

Dear sir,
One of my neigbour try to exchange my proper by some influenced person in our village. The village persons those supporting him they takeing one side decision without equal the value of property. Already civil case is under process, but village gentle man influenced by him and takeing on side decision for exchanging.
So give the advise that what shall i do<

The Police has given an FRF twice in a Criminal Case where I was the accused. However, the Complainant continues to file Protest Petition / Narazi Petition.
The Judge has asked me to file an Objection if I want to.
Is there a format available for filing such an Objection. If so, please provide me with the same.

Dear Sirs,
My Grand Father was being assigned piece of land by Govt. in 1956, Currently this part in in Telangana state, He was in possession of the land and was doing agriculture till his death in 1996, post which my father and his elder brother carried on agriculture on the same land they both had applied for Patta Passbooks and MRO has issued the same on both of their names. Now both (Father and his elder brother) are expired in 2015 & 2017 and also both Mom and Big Mom also expired. Now, there are 9 children (5 boys and 3 Girls) as Legal Heirs,
1. Can we take possession of this property?
2. what will be the status of land after assignee expires? will it be still considered as Laoni Patta, as the assignee is expired and so as next generation? will it become a Patta Land after two generations?
3. Can the grand children apply for mutation of the land and Sell the land?

I need several answers.
I have a property owned by my both parent- in-laws who have expired without making a will. After them there are two daughters and one son(my husband) who are legal heirs. My husband passed away without sorting the matter of property rights and now i am left with nothing. I am staying in the same house. I have my daughter and son with me.
Does my sister in law owns the right to throw me and my children out of home? How much share will my children and myself will get if the property is set for division. My daughter and son both are married. Please help me

My wife ready to do mutual consent divorce but not giving my daughter... If I mentioned in agreement that child and wife not entitled for any maintenance and share in property then can daughter still get property share if my daughter demand share in future ?

Cheating and fund diversion from company without my knowledg
we are two director in our company, our company is contractor company. we have taken over draft limit (against my property and 2nd director's family property also), his big brother is owner of principal company and his company is also financed from bank. 2nd director of our company is authorised signatory in bank and he divert fund in his partnership company from our company bank account. now i want to know how can i release my property and fund.
waiting for positive reply and best way to correct this.
