a declaratory & injunction suit was filled against the land lord and while stay the land lord has demolished the building and therefore we filled contempt petition.
since the contempt petition was filled after 15 month from date of knowledge and therefore the other side has raised limitation aspect and accordingly non maintainability of apllication.
it is our stand that since it is case of dis obidience and therefore there will not be limitation and further it is not filled before high court but before same court under order 39 Rule 2A and not under contempt of court act. Am I right ?
Can I make application for condonation of delay at this stage ?

My uncle has copy of document but the original document is with his brother but he is not giving will it is possible to register the land with the copy of document. If you have any alternative kindly guide me.

Hi all, I want to give divorce to my wife. i got married around 1 yr back according to Islamic culture. I have consulted a lawyer and issued her notice calling her for mutual divorce. but she has now put allegations of domestic violence and went to police station. i got call from them and went there. The inspector is trying to make a compromise saying u take her back. she has put domestic violence allegations against my entire family which includes parents and sisters. she had left the home on her own around 4 months back. Can you please suggest what shld be my next steps.

My date of joining was 03.03.2014 & Last working date was 31.10.2018. It is a contractual job but employee code was same for whole period. I worked continuously without any unapproved leave. My company is 5.5 day working. Will i be eligible for gratuity ? Because as per calculation i have worked for 4 years & 243 days but my HR is saying that 5 years completion is required for gratuity. Please help.

After 1.5years of court case for a petty check bounce case, it is now in the final decision stage with the criminals agreeing to give the bounced check for a reason. Now the game is like at every hearing we & the criminals come to the court, the judge finds a reason to scold them & send them back. If the criminals do not come, the hearing is anyhow advanced. Does anyone know what's going on. What could I do to finish the case. Any suggestions or case study, other than compromising with the criminals will be much appreciated.
Also can I file a RTI questioning the judge. Will it worsen the situation?
It's in Bangalore district court.

Copy Paste on behalf of my court friend.
I had filed a private complaint in the lower court @chennai & 3 hearings passed for past 7 months. The summon was not served to the respondant. Police has informed that the whreabouts of respondant is not known as he is out of the state.
I personally went to police station to enquire, they are not showing interest to identify the new locality of the respondant. Neither I could find it after a prolonging search.
Kindly assist me how to proceed? I had spent a lot in court, police on this yet coudlnt bring the respondants to court. And Judical judge is not so strict in this case. Just giving other date.

HE WAS SERVING AS INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR SINCE 1993, BUT DUE TO REQUIREMENTS OF ACT HE WAS RE-APPOINTED.
CAN HE BE RE-APPOINTED FOR ANOTHER TERM OF FIVE YEARS EFFECTIVE FROM APRIL 2020 OR NO

Sir,
In the year 1992 , A 30 x 40 sq.ft site was allotted to my father near Hosakote under Ashraya yojana scheme . now my father is no more . he was died in the year 1997 . then the site registered to my mother name. we have an original docx of occupancy certiificate issued by Tahashildar and we have paid the Revenue tax bill till 1997 - 98 after that we didn't pay any bills. now the site was occupied by someone else. can you please tell me the procedures to get back our site.
