Substitution of accused under crpc

Is there a provision under the CrPC to "substitute" an accused with another accused?
In an instance if a person 'acting' as an officer of an industry is accused for an incident, then can he be substituted by another accused?

Good afternoon Law Experts
My Grandmother( Father's Mother) had some ancestral properties in her name. My grandmother has 2 son's ( Including my father). and no daughter.

She suddenly died without any will.
My Grandfather is living.(My Father's father)

Q1) So, who is the owner of the property now?

Q2) And will the property be transferred automatically to (The next owner) or do we have to go to village and get our property transferred by Tehsildar of village etc?.

Agreement for sale registered, whether sale deed is required

Respected Lawyers,

My new purchased flat is located in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Property is inherited by legal heirs, and they executed release deed and registered in favor of first son.

I've have done "Agreement for sale" with seller and paid all stamp duty and duly registered in sub-registrar office as well as per consultant from lawyer.

So my question is Do I still need to do Sale Deed for same property?

Is registered Agreement for sale is sufficient for transfer of title? What would be consequence if I dont do Sale Deed?

Let me know.

Thank you for your valuable inputs.

Delayed flight ticket booking and demanding extra money

Hello Sir/Madam,
We had paid Rs. 11712 to book flights round trip from Bangalore to Delhi to Ride Travel Club. We made payment on 6th Feb night 11:30p.m by taking the consent of our tour agent if payment could be made at this time. They told that yes make the payment and share the transaction ID. As per the option given by them we made payment through PAYTM and shared the details. Our tour agent said that the booking department will contact regard booking. But on 7th I didn't receive any call and after me asking repeatedly they told payment is not received and will call and mail you once received. At 7p.m in the evening I received payment confirmation but still didn't get any call. Later on 8th Feb I also shared my husband number for safer side. Still till that day evening we received no call. On asking in the evening the tour agent said that will ask booking department to call. This repeated till 9th evening. And later when we received call they said that the flight charges have increased and the rates are around Rs. 17,700 so u need to pay around 7000 extra. We were shocked. Also we checked online the price of tickets and it was around Rs.12,500-14,000 for the flights mentioned by them. We didn't understand why they were demanding extra money. Moreover there was mistake on their end for delayed booking. When they received payment on 7th they could have booked the same day but they were negligent. Before paying money they were before us and after making payment even after asking for number of times we didn't get any responsible answer. Also they are not ready to refund our amount. And they are very rude in responding and the manager himself is not ready to take the responsibility of the inconvenience caused by their company. Mentally we are totally disturbed. Please suggest what can be done further.

Notice period during probation

These are two clauses from my offer letter.
Probation Clause: You would be on probation period for 6 months from your date of joining. The company may terminate your employment with immediate effect if any of the terms and conditions as specified herein.

Termination Clause: During the period of your association with the company, by giving written notice of 30 days, your period/service may be terminated. You may, with written notice of 90 days terminate your services with the company or pay your three months gross salary, at the discretion of the company.

I am still under probation period and have resigned. How long should notice period to I need to serve? Does the termination clause applies during probation period?

Partition of a property on which a company exists

A Private Limited Company engaged in a hotel business owned by four Muslim brothers, is functioning on an undivided property owned by the same four brothers, and acquired from their father.. A dispute has arose between the brothers regarding the administration of the company. One person wants to sell his shares and also declares that he wants to sell his portion of the property. Since the whole hotel has been developed as a consolidated structure the partition of the premises is impracticable. The other three brothers want to continue the business but do not have the sufficient money to purchase the share of the disputing brother. What is the legal right of the disputant and the risks and liability of the other three brothers in running the business. I request the respected experts to give their opinion on this matter.
