Hi,
I need view, where case is filed with DRT is taking too long(24 months+) or orders are delayed under section 14 of Sarfaesi Act or files are not moving to next level, what is best option available to NBFC to have 14 order in place ?

Our ancestral village is in meerut and we live in meerut city have all the documents voter id ration card etc meerut city. I have done all my education from meerut city.
Before two year we shifted to delhi but delhi govt didnt issue us obc certificate.
Then we get it from meerut city by showing our period of stay all. Scholing from meerut city and patwari report from previous colony where we lived there.
My query is does it make any problem that we get it from meerut city tahsildar officer not from our village area tehsil office.
But its obc ncl certificate that should be issue from dm office then there should be any confusion sir kimdlg guide

My Son (a Hindu, aged 36) got ex-parte Divorce in Oct 2017. Child (DoB: 09.01.2014) is with its Maternal grand parents, and its Mother left for Chennai (300 KMs away) for a job. To bring up the child, in a better manner under Father's nose, we applied for Custody. District Judge has returned the case bundle asking for "Proof of child's presence with its grand parents". When resubmitted to "indicate the kind of proof the court requires", it simply returns with two/three words order. When petition filed for "speaking order", again returned "to comply the earlier order". We gave a video of the child travelling in a car, sitting on the lap of Grandma. How can we produce Voter, Aadhaar card, Ration card, etc., when the child was 3+ years only. Is there any law that requires such evidence? Kindly enlighten us, Sir.

Dear Experts,
My friend have pending divorce case HMP 13 and the matter is gone through ex part divorce, till the evidence not submitted, meanwhile she will go to visit her matrimonial home to look after the health of his son and staying there for 8 to 10 days, she will attend the court on next hearing, she want divorce...
My query is if she was visited her matrimonial home and stay with her son, is there any consequences created in divorce case ?

I have only the Registered WILL of my late father-which states i am the only heir to the property-,
Query , as i have no other legal documents pertaining to the said property (except the WILL)-
can i Sell the property only on the basis of the WILL or some supporting documents have to be produced. clearly i do have one.

Sir my father sold 3 acres of agriculture land to govt of Andhra Pradesh in2006.Mentioned G.O MS.no.192 social welfare and G.O.ms.No.29 revenue.but it is not available from last year.how to get sir pls..

1. In May 2009, a powerful thug was absconding from 24 people, cheated crores of rupees
2. In July 2009, I firstly submit written complain to police
3. After that 8-10 another victims also filed a written complaint against thug in police
4. The police registered a crime against the thug on the complaint of a weak complainant to benefit the thug and other victims included as a witness.
5. From year 2009 to 2017, we got 24 victims and given many applications to police and administration for the arrest of that thug. Police had introduced absconding challan in court.
6. In the feb 2017, the police arrested that thug very hard on our information. From feb 2017 the thug is in jail.
7. Police filed charge sheet in court incomplete investigation and wrong facts
Can I file a complaint in court today to bring the real facts to court?
what can I do ?
Please give your valuable suggestions?

I had submitted online and received a defect saying "to file translated copy of fir".
I have made the translation in english yet I believe that has to be approved or signed by any gazatted officer?
Kindly explain me. If any gazatted officer can sign it as an oath of translation or only supreme court translater I should approach to get it?

My wife is asking maintenance under sec 125 and at the same time when I got an offer from one of the IT company, she sent a mail to my new employer about the DV act and Sec 125 going on in Indian court and uploaded the court papers and asked not to give him this job. One side she is demanding money from me and at the same time she is sending mails to my new employers not to give job. As Section 66A is now not valid, which section I can go for in Indian law
