Exparte Rcr

How useful is exparte in rcr for a wife when her husband has filed for a divorce?

DV RCR

My sister in law is fighting a divorce case. Her husband deserted her and have filed for a divorce. But without knowing that he has filed a divorce simultaneously she had filed a complaint in police as well as for a rcr n even she had got exparte in rcr as her husband failed to appear before the court even after receiving the rcr petition. After filing for rcr, she has filed for 498A and DV and the cases are going on. My query is that
1. what's the influence of exparte rcr on this entire case? How much it will help her in her other cases?
2. Can a wife is file for rcr, DV and 498A at the same time?
3. What is her husband's chance now to challenge her?

Title in the name of partners

Dear Experts,
One of my client have formed a partnership firm for development of a property. They have acquired a plot of land for development and the consideration of the same was paid from the partnership firm. But in the conveyance deed, the name of the partners is mentioned as "Purchasers" instead of the firm. Due to which the title of the property is now passed to the partners in their individual capacity and not the firm. How can this be rectified? The original seller of the land is refusing to execute a rectification deed. And executing a new conveyance deed from partners to the firm will attract stamp duty. Kindly advice the best possible solution.

Thanks & Regards
