Hi experts,
I filed divorce case against my husband. in that i filed amendment and it was allowed. husband is impotent. so he went to high court for that amendment and is in pending stage.. High court did not grant stay yet. but in the lowercourt his local counsel managed and putting case stage as STAY and not proceeding the case.What steps can i take against lower court ? how to proceed and get divorce on this situations?

R/Sir,
I purchased a flat in Pune which is under MAHARERA registered. Completion Certificate is provided by a builder.
Now I am asking him for possession letter.
But he is asking to sign the intimate bond paper and asking for club membership charges and no receipt will for this.
Please guide.

My wife has filed petition for child interim and permanent maintenance and asking 15000 per month, I have submitted the WS, Judge asked me how much I can pay, I said 3k..then judge gave next date and said that he will order in the next date... Now what should be my move to allow minimum interim or extend the same

Dear, My wife asked me 4lakhs in trial stage for compromise on 498a case which kept on me and on my family members and 5years back i got exparte decree divorce order and for this compromise I agreed to give her 4lakhs and 2days back i submitted 2lakhs DD in court by an memo and i asked my wife that she has to sign an MOU that she will withdraw 498a case and she will accept the experte decree of divorce order and she will not file any case in civil and criminal on me and on my family members in future and this 4lakhs will be full and final towards her future maintenance and permanent alimony and no claims from me in future.So, this kind of signed MOU by her can close 498a case in trial court on us and in future we can be safe by this MOU if she signs. Please kindly give your valuable advice. Thanking you sir.

what is the New Election Procedure according to 1st November 2018 GR.
any permission or information needs to be taken from deputy registrar before election ?
or just take meeting & select committee member & office bearers ?
any kind of dy.registrar's involvement required ?
anything to consider from I, J, O registers
I am member & given responsibility by few member including committee as they are not aware & asking me to find out procedure.

Question.
Leena found some medical evidences of respondant after 3days of jugment,
Possible leena to put this new medical evidence to submit same court (pune court)via review petition, or for review petition she has to take permission from high court mumbai

Hi,
I got a summary of case filed against my father in law from goolge. Based on hearings happened and the CRN number. How can i get under what section it was filed. As online copy is not available because it says FIR is filed in 2003 and it is not available online.
My in laws are of criminal nature and hided the pending cases from me and my family and I got to know this after my marriage. Please help how an I get the details of case and FIR. Can I file a 420 case on my in laws as they hided criminal case from me before marriage.
