Respected Sir,
It is intimated that my brother has purchased a home after loan from PNB Bank and at the time of registration the registration clerk intimated that the map was not approved or not ok. Kindly intimate when a person getting loan from bank and pay the legal opinion fee how can registration clerk disapprove the map then who is responsible bank or not.
Kindly also intimate if a map is not approved then what type of penalty had to paid to the buyer or the seller for approval of map.

now a days Name of Petitioner as well Respondent of petition filed in family court has not been given even online status of petition in online site of e.court.
In this scenario, like to know the solution/remedy to keep the watch on the movement of petition through online if one has only name of petitioner/respondent and no other details regarding petition.

Can anyone help me on the below case process details please..
1. How much Workmen Compensation an injured person can get for partial disability (Age : 40 years, Working as Driver for APSRTC, Monthly salary 30K, already in service of 6 years and the balance service period is 18 Years).
2. Jurisdiction to file workmen compensation case in rural area where labor court not existing. Can we file case anywhere in India in any labour court?
3. Where/how to claim Third Party accident claim for the above case? How much claim we can get? Any specific jurisdiction to file the case?

Sir,
My mother died on 2017 and left one plot having area 2030 sq. ft. which was purchases in the name of my mother. On 1/3 area of plot I have constructed a house.
My brother is making a house in 2/3 area.
Sir,
Due to transfer I am not living in house made by me. I want to earn from that house by rent.
But whenever any tanent come my brother did not allow to enter in my house.
My father is alive.
How can I sell my house ?
How can I register my house in my name?
How can I rent my property?

Hello,
we have a house in name of my grandmother which she bought in year 1988 as per her old name. My grandmother changed her name somewhere in year 1992.
After her death, death certificate is as per her new name which conflicts with the old name mentioned fr the house registered. Also the old gazette list we had is misplaced and is not able to recoverd online aswell.
The power attornety she made in name of her daughters husband was done prior her name change as per her old name which again conflicts wth her new name/death certificate.
We want to get the house change as per her power of attornet. Bt new name is conficting. Also we dnt hav the gazette list.
Any solution how can we go about we can show proof of the my grandmothers new name in death certificate in relation with old name on house registration papers.

The registered will is for the properties in chennai. Is probate compulsory for this?

Issue of Experience Certificate
I have been working in defence PSU for 3 years and I want to apply in other central govt post through UPSC but it requires a experience stating nature and domain of duties served in current post I am holding. So I asked my company for experience certificate as per UPSC requirment but they have given me certificate only the for duration I have served and told me that they can not issue certificate stating nature and domain as it is not their policy.
My question is can they do that legally??
