Hi Team,
I had filed SLP petition on 15Jan and got the defects on 19th jan. Rectified it and submitted back on Jan end itself. STill it is not fixed. When they enquire, they keep diverting the call to other department.. And finally my petition is still pending for defect analysis by them.
Kindly help me if I can escalate it anywhere to get it done

I have a plot registered in my name but in registry and mutation documents it is mentioned �Aman singh Rathor� while my name in IDs is �Aman Rathor � is there a problem in that while selling to other ..?

I purchased plot in 2015 under punchayath layout plan dated 1989.where plan Is having 33 feet road in front my plot. But opposite plot owner occupied that access road and build a wall upfront my plot and I could not able to go inside my plot.left side there is a house and road occupied and build a wall and right side some other person land is there and back side another person land is there.so only accessible road for my plot if occupied and he is saying he build wall as per his land measurements. He is saying my panchayath layout is fake and his land owner saying he did not sold road to that layout planner.but road is there is pamchayath layout and opposite plot owner completely blocked 5 plots in our side with out giving accessible road to our plots

My unckle file case under section 417 IPC against Mr. X on 2016. The accused is arrested by police and take bail.
The case is disposed on 2018 and case status showing as "UNCONTESTED TRANSFERRED" in the E-Courts site.

What is meaning of UNCONTESTED TRANSFERRED" ?
Police did not take action against accused.
Sir, If the accused is convicted by the court and police did not take any action against the accused , then what step need to taken by my unckle ?

Had submitted orginal title deed of my site to court for a case regarding that same property. But now I'm not able to get back my documents from court! What should I do to get my original title deed?

I would like to know whether can I file a complaint against the petitioner who filled fir against me.now I have been proven as innocent.the complaint is about dat I hv scolded her with bad obscene words.but it was false.so now I want to file a complaint against her.is it possible??

An absconder, who is living with a woman who is also an absconder got married with each other,An absconder who was initially married , but as he is absconded ,his wife has declared him as legally dead . Actually, she and her family is well known about his existence which is unknown to others as well as to the court .Now what will happen if any one of the absconder dies ? Does second wife or husband get the right over each other property? or if they both die , will the first wife,s children of the male absconder have a right over the female absconders property?

Sir, Please say the solution in these cases (1) If in GSTR-3B of Aug'17 Excess GST Claimed mistakely (2) Under GST Reported In GSTR 3B in Nov'2017 mistakely but in GSTR-1 Correct GST Liability shown (3) GSTR-3B Nill Submitted in September'17 but in GSTR-1 shown correct Sales & GST Output Liability. These mistakes identified now. Pleases say can interest on Excess itc claimed or under liability reported waive. Is GST officer has power to waive interest?
