Urgent Help!! SC ST Atrocities act

My self Kapil Joshi. My brother has sold our joint property illegally to some third person therefore, I have filed civil case against both. And in oct. 2018 i got interim order from court. That third person is restricted from interfereing in my property. I have also filed ipc 420, 468, 34 criminal case against both in which awaiting notice status shows. In fed 19 he(third person) filed st sc Atrocities false FIR on me then I immediately approach session court and session court allowed me anticipatory bail on that FIR on 4th april 19. But court had compelled me to attend for 30 days police station daily. That third person, immediately within 2 day of granting me anticipatory bail file another false Atrocities FIR against me on 7th april 2019. His 2nd FIR tells that incident was happpen in nov 2018 but in feb 2019's FIR doesn't include any such incident. I currently daily going to police station to attendance but I have doubt that can they arrest me when I go to police station ? Will I continue to go to police station ? What should be my next step ? Is I need to file anticipatory bail again? Or go to high court? I will get anticipatory bail in 2nd FIR definitely if have not arrested in between but my query is that after getting 2nd anticipatory bail if he again file 3rd FIR against me then what will i do ? Because he just want to pressures me to withdraw case I filed against him. Can I file mental harrassment case against him ? Can I file complaint of police to state police complaint authority because they are harrassing me for me
