I filed DV - failed.
I filed 498a - failed.
I filed Interim alimony - failed.
I filed permnent alimony - failed.
He now filed divorce.
I want alimony.
What other cases I can file on him and his parents so that they will pay money?

Am brindha 31 years old, have 10 months baby girl.. Myself and my hubby got married on 2013 and we live like normal couples. Aftr am conceived(2017) he send me to my mothers home and cut my relationship completely. Becz he is in gulf so I cant do anything, later on went to inlaws home they also not accepting me.. so am checked his activities through his mobile GPRS and google app.. Atlast findout he have an affair with his x_lover and planning to marry her. Infrm to my inlaws they won't mind me. So taking proof of tat and send to inlaws home but no response. Aftr delivery nobody will come and see me including my husband.. again taking baby to inlaws home and be their for 4 months. My inlaws dont take any steps to talk wit my husband.. still he have contact with tat x lover and say he will marry her only...
1. Now what can I do for this?
2. I want to live with him for my baby but he is not willing?
3. If I go police complaint he said now husbands affair is not consider as a case so u wil go?
I need maintance for me and my baby.

Ours is a society of Apartments owners welfare society in Tamilnadu. Despite notices the registration was renewed for more than years.Only 17 out of 177 members attended the an EGM and vacant Posts of president,Secretary, treasurer and an EC member were said to have been elected unanimously.. The rest members are afraid of this group.
Now we want to the society registrar or govt yo intervene and conduct proper general body..How can we make it happen.?
Can a petition to Inspector General of registration help?
Please advise

One of my friends had bought an resale property in Oct2018 in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra. He was unable to fulfill his commitment of balance payment. Hence wants to cancel the deal.
We had discussion with an lawyer who told us that the original copies of 1st sale and 2nd sale for cancellation of deal and refund of stamp duty.
The issue is that the 1st owner has his original agreement mortgaged with his bank which provided him home loan. So he cannot produce the original copy of 1st sale unless the home loan is paid.
What can be the way out in this situation?
Will Loan sanction letter from banker be acceptable instead of original sale deed

my father filed a suit in 2003 for declaration of his removal illegal and consequential recovery of Rs 691337 for which we paid court fee amounting to Rs.11852 our suit was dismissed if we intend to file an appeal in district court do we need to pay court fee again if so, what might the amount of court fee to be paid in district court for the above stated value of suit we reside in visakhapatnam, Andhra pradesh eagerly waiting for reply thanks in advance

I have applied for action against a lawyer for charging me 75000 and assisting me in lounging an FIR against culprits and remain present in court procedure till the end. Advocate received cash and did not assist me in any way, so I have launched a complaint in the Bar Council for justice.I am sure I'll get justice but advocate being a politically headstrong person, if I am denied justice, then above Bar Council where should I apply.

Respected Sir,
I am asking a query in simple way.
My grandfather had 3 brothers.
Ours farming land is on my grandfathers big brother name(by kul kayda 32g)
My grandfather and his brother had equal shares but not on the paper.
My grandfather youger brother took his share by sale deed.
I also demanded my share on behalf of my grandfather as he is no more & my father is not mentally stable.
But my grandfather's big brothers children are refusing to give us our share.( They are taking advantage of my father mental condition & we do not have any thing on paper.
Is there any way that I can add my grandmother & father name on 7x12 extract?

Hello this is Arun, I have a query please help when I was 13 years old I was playing with a little girl of 5 years , who was sitting next to me. As a kid I would irritate her a lot and as this went all of our cousins were sitting together and as usual I was irrititating her by touching her thighs , at that I didn�t know that was wrong and I had no intention of doing it.
As I am 30 years old now and married with a kid I am really scared that someone might complaint against me because I touched her thighs I swear it was not intentional this all happened 13 + years back when I was a kid of 13 . I am scared that my entire will life will go I was just playing and Please help me anyone

Can value of the building be rectified?
A tenant purchased a land through SARFAESI ACT where we are running a dyeing factory . Area of the building mentioned in sale deed as 600sqft as if in the parental document. Present building construction area is 19200sqft.Since the value of the auction under SARFAESI ACT is fixed we mentioned the construction area as 600 sqft. But SUB-REGISTRAR OFFICER directed the file FOR AE Buildings and Machineries VALUATION. Report asks the tenant to pay the stamp duty for the 19200sqft. But 19200sqft civil construction done by the tenant during the tenancy period. Now can the sqft and the value of the building can be rectified in the rectification deed even after SRO directed for AE valuation of buildings and machineries? SRO has the power to revlauate the AE BUILDING AND MACHINERIES report?
