Dear Sir / Ma' am
I am a non gazetted level 4 central govt employee serving in New Delhi.
I have tendered resignation from service on personal grounds on 8 April 2019 and requsted to be relieved by 30th April 2019.
Today evening i got a message that i have been deployed as polling personnel for the upcoming general elections. The voting will take place in Delhi on 12 May 2019.
The first training is due on 16th April. I'd like to ask : what should be the course of action from here on? What repercussions my nomination for polling duty will have on the process of resignation and vice verca?
Am i still obliged to do election duty? I would appreciate sincere and genuine comments please.

My wife has been appointed in election duty for Lok Sabha 2019. she is pregnant for 7month, so she may not be able to attain. What are the consequences for this? Please Reply its urgent!!

Dad bought credit card on 2006 ... Whether mom is liable for default... For dad deceased.. She is not a coobligant.. She didn't signed.. But one person called and told.. They have ordered non bailable warrant against my mom

Sir I nominated for election duty as po for mp election 2019 telangana before reporting duties loose motions and sunstroke I became week unable to stand I informed ro but they not given permission I unable to attend I am working in bank if they issued notice how I need to handle

Govt. of India introduce New Pension Scheme from 01.01.2004. But CCS Pension Rules is not amended till date.
Those employees who joins from 01.01.2004 is entitled for NPS.
Sir,
Can a scheme replace any rule ? Please offer references.
NPS is passed in 2014 by the Parliament.
Can it be introduced from 10 years back ?

In year 2014, we had signed an agreement with a builder to construct apartment in our land. They had paid an advance (later adjustable) amount of Rs 2.5 lakhs to us. In addition to this, they committed to pay 33% of the total flat. This includes 3 flat and 3 car parking. The agreement was not registered but notarized. The builder has not taken Power of attorney (GPA) to construct the building despite of repeated request.
However they have constructed 5 floors (only concrete structure) and later stopped their work. The building plan they had passed from local authority is also now lapsed. They have put the construction work on hold for almost 2+ years now. We have verbally requested them a lot to complete the work but they did not heed us. They are also not returning our land title deed and other original documents. Now when we are insisting on them to return our document they are threatening us to serve legal notice and go for Arbitration to intentionally delay the proceedings and harass my father. My father is a septuagenarian and they are making him run pillar to post for the original documents. We have already hired a lawyer but an expert opinion always help. Hence approaching this forum.
I have the following questions please advise.
1. Does the builder have any ground to serve legal notice to us and file a case for arbitration?
2. Can we now revoke the development agreement?
3. How can we get our original documents including title deed back from them?
4. Can we lodge a complaint in Consumer Forum against this builder and seek compensation for harassment?
5. Can we sell the land to any other buyer without the original title deed. We have a certified true copy available from the district authority?
6. Do we have to pay for the construction done by them without taking GPA from us? How do we find out how much they had spent for the 5 store concrete structure?
7. Do we have to refund Rs. 2.5 lakhs advance?
8. Is it advisable to go for arbitration or filing a court case for getting the original title deed?
Your advise in this regard would be highly appreciable.

In Family Court child custody case, if Judge passes cost order against husband while dismissing his interim application and if no time limit is mentioned, then within how many days he is supposed to pay the same ?
Is there any general rule applies ? if so, where can we find that ?

my father have .172 hecter land at dewas road ujjain mp
on 26/4/1996 sdm ujjain acquired .172 hectare land under [bhu arjan adhiniym dhara 4,5,6] and .100 hecter remains with us because there was house built on .100hect
land was acquired for UDA[ujjain development] authority for yojna P-1/87
this land was not used for said yojna,now UDA want to sell this plot independently
at commercial rates
can we file writ under new act which states that
The rural development ministry has modified Clause 95 of the new Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (R&R) Bill, 2011.
As per this bill " When any land acquired under this Act remains unutilised for five years from the date of taking possession, the same shall return to original land owner or their legal heirs as the case may be."

Transfer of divorce suit from one state to another
I belong to Navi Mumbai, married to a Delhi Boy.Marriage took place in Delhi in Dec-2015.On Wedding Night itself it was established that the Boy was Impotent owing Drug Abuse.Under pretext of Job Transfer the Boy was moved to Hong Kong without me even the employer provided spouse visa . I stayed with in-laws till July-2018 during which the Boy visited India a few times during which my parents requested and agreed to explore all possible medical management but the boy and in-laws never permitted for social disgrace.I somehow managed to stay with in-laws but life became so miserable that I had been practically shipped off to my Parental Home and I am staying with my retired parents with limited income from their saving.Now in Jan-2019 the boy has filed a Divorce suit under HM Act at Delhi Court and I have received summons.Contesting a case Delhi will be a cruel nightmare for me apart from continuous fear factor. I seek guideline as that such case can be asked requested for transfer to Jurisdictional Court at Navi Mumbai. Is it possible and lawful? What to do ?
