I am in urgent need of a lawyer who can defend my cases in Ludhiana. I have two active cases (1) 498A and (2) DV in Ludhiana.
In my Maintenance Case, the Hon' Court declared Ex parte as my lawyer did not present himself for 5 straight dates. Now from 15K a month I have been adviced to pay 20K, wherein i have proved to the Court that i save 30K a month after all deductions. Judge was upset that my lawyer did not argue case and out of anger he passed judgement.
In 2016, Supreme Court refused her Transfer Petition, from Noida to Ludhiana, in the Divorce Case. Now again in 2018 she has moved Supreme Court for Transfer Petition for the same Divorce Case. This i understand is not allowed but she is using all dirty tricks.
I need a lawyer who attends the court timely. Payment will be made 1 time only for the case, and I refuse to pay during each visit for any miscellaneous reason. I shall pay all court fees and for photocopies that are required to be paid. For all applications submitted i shall pay stamp fee. Anything genuine will be paid.
I will be in Ludhiana on Monday, 18th April 2019, and would want to sign up for a new lawyer.

Hello,
I have an adopted son and he is 2years old.
I adopted him from my sister in law when he was 13 months old. My husband recently got his pr for canada and he is sponsoring both of us.
Now the online site of cic says that they need court order but i have only adoption deed which is registered under subregistrar office. Please help will the deed suffice for canada.

Hi I left the organisation in Jan,2018 and at the time of final payment company had not my Bonus which is already due at the time of Diwali.As per my appointment letter company will pay 1 month Salary as a bonus at the time of Diwali (In appointment letter only one clause after completion of one year company will pay one month salary as a bonus at the time of Diwali) Which is not paid by company as per last oral discussion with owner they will pay after some month.
Now I am not associated with the company,Now then to recover my dues as per statutory rules.

have been served an pre attachment notice of 8 days for a home loan from co-op bank, under section 156 of Maharashtra cooperative society act 1960. I am required to vacate the flat within 8 days?. And whether I will not be served any 60 days as under sarfesi act. What are my rights and further actions step in this matter.

we have a land on 40 cent as agricultural land with my grandpa name. registered in 1975. got from Mr . Laxmanan.
but unfortunately my grandpa didn't apply for Patta. now he need to change the land to my name.
Now the problem is Patta don't have my grandpa name . It was with the name of Mr Lakshmanan' brother
but now both are not living.
this case, surveyor refused to give Patta with my grandfather name so what can I do please help me.

I have investment in folio in limited company however there is third name in the folio that person i dont know when i contacted company they inform me that they cant do any thing , that third name which appears in my folio i dont know , i hold investment in physicaly mode now due to this i cant demat my shares as company asking kyc documents of that person to whom i dont know
please guide me

Sir I have purchased a property in UP 7 year back from land owned by SC (who has done plotting on his land and sold to people) . i have got registry of the property done in my name .
can i do its mutation ??? how can avoid any conflict in this regard .

After the member has completed all the required formalities asked by the society in case of lost share certificate , Society should issue a duplicate certificate within how much maximum time ?

Harassment by recovery agents
I have 2 consumer loans from BajajFinserve. Due to personal situation i have not been able to pay this month's EMIs on time. I am getting repeated calls from recovery agent even though i have tried to explain my situation and requested for a week's time to pay the EMIs. Today a recovery agent called me at 9PM and threatened me saying i have to pay immediately , if not he will come to my residence and he knows how to recover the money. Can i file a harassment complaint against this agent.
