I had lodge a grievance through online CPGRAMS portal on 21/02/2019, its status showing as under process. I like to know that how much time taken by CLC to resolve grievance.

sir my father had a house in village Manpur near Indore,in MP.father died last year leaving a registered will that house will be mine property.I am the only child of my father.Manpur is under Nagar Parishad.
I applied for nomination with death certificate,Will, my adhhar affidavits all process was done 2 months ago
CMO chief municipality officer has not done anything on the matter till date, he is saying due to election there will be no meeting of nagar parishad. so process will be done after election results.
I had searched on internet this process of nomination has no relation with election.
CMO mentioned rule 150 and 151 of Madhya Pradesh Municipal Adiniyam 1961.
what can be done ,is he right?please help wise people.

I have recently bought assets including industrial land, building and machinery under NCLT auction. The value of the auction was Rs. 8 crore and I have made the full payment.
NCLT officer issued me 2 sales certificates, one for land and building (immovable assets) for 3 Cr and another for machine for 5 Cr. These were done based on the vluation reports done by NCLt before auction. I have paid the GST amount on the machine value of Rs. 5 Cr seprately.
Now I wish to do my land registry. However the registrar is asking for stamp duty on full vale if auction i.e. 8 cr and not on the Rs. 3 cr for which the sale certicate has been issued.
Is this correct as registry should be only on land and building value and not on machinery.
Plz advice.

I need to send a legal notice to my employer for forced resignation. Can i send a legal notice first and then can i file an FIR with the local police or how is it?
I was coaxed to resign by my superiors. They claim my performance is not good. I have been in the system only for 15 months. My performance is more or less same as the performance of my teammate of 4 years vintage. Superiors detained me in a room and threatened me of immediate termination if i don't put in my papers. I belong to SC-ST. I believe this is an atrocity/discrimination at workplace case. Can i file an FIR for the same after sending a legal notice or how to go about it?

respected experts. the case is that wife filed dometic voilence case on husbend and his mother in law and USA residing sister in law and un married sister in law and brother in law .husbend only atttend court and when quash filed in high court same is diposed with a direction to approach district court with appeal . husbend is asking for exemption to other family members and he is ready to fight case .how to deal with exemption whether to approach lower court where dvc runing or district court how to go

My friend recently lost his bike near by his home when he went to police station to file an FIR the police ignored to file FIR and CSR as his bike is not insured. Is insurance mandatory for a stolen bike in order file an FIR or CSR. Suggest a legal procedure

My salary account has been frozen by ICICI Bank since 6 months now. I have not received any notice or information for the reason of freeze.
On enquiry, I am only told that Mumbai central team from ICICI Bank has received a cyber crime request to debit freeze my account.
I have no information about the reason. I approached the local cybercrime. They said they will check with the bank.
Last time I approached them was 4 months ago. Is there any hope or getting back my account to normalcy.

Respected sir,
My uncle owns a clothing shop but the person who owns another shop next to his shop is not allowing him to do his business properly and telling the consumers that he is offering the products at high price so don�t go and buy there by shouting infront of the shop and he always tries to obstruct his business in all means. How to end this situation and what are the laws applicable for the given secenario inorder to seek remedy.

Dear Experts,
We have a registered partnership firm (factory) of our family. Other partners retired me from the partnership of the firm by furnishing a false retirement deed on a stamp-paper.
I did not send any legal notice or filed any case against them so far due to our real and close blood relations. There are some important positive points of my favour as mentioned below:
1) I got the certified copy of Registration of firm documents and came to know that my signatures are forged.
2) I did not give the compulsory notice of three months prior to all other partners to retire me which was necessary as per law.
3) After retiring me, the continuing partners did not give any public notice/ information to gazette regarding my retirement in which was necessary as per law.
4) I did not get any payment of my share after assessing the value including profit, in any form from the continuing partners at the time of my retirement and even my own capital is still credited/ payble in my account in the books of the firm as it was earlier.
5) The notary in the fabricated documents do not show the name of notary officer nor it's reg no and no circular stamp.
How I can prove that my signatures and retirement deed is false and forged?
What legal action can I take?

Absconded after completing notice period as per portal.
Hi Sir,
I was working with wipro on third party due to some growth i resigned from my company and as per company portal and my offer letter i completed my notice period but my manager asked me to serve 2 month notice period and that's why they didn't accept my resignation on his portal. On mail they accept my resignation and written that you have to serve two month notice period as already inform you by mail.
I also requested many time to my manager and HR that i need reliving as i completed my 1 month notice period as per portal now i am ready to give fine or wave off my salary. but no one is ready and ascond me from organisation. No one is ready to listen my problem my salary and full PF amount is left also my reliving / Experience letter is not received.
Kindly suggest me what i have to do, How can i fight legally to take my documents.
