Grounds for quashing of fir under section 498a

Hi,
My marriage took place in Jaipur in 2015. Im from Jaipur and my wife is from Bhopal.
After marriage we resided at Delhi for one month and then we relocated to my parents place in Jaipur (lost my job).
My wife left me for parents place multiple times and finally in June 16.
She put all cases on me and my parents in Feb - Mar 2017 including 498A, 125, DV etc after mediation talks failed. We got AB and then normal bail in 498A. She has already got interim maintenance order which Im paying.
Now she appears on all 125 and DV hearings but does not give statement in 498A as I have solid evidences in my support and all her cases are fabricated. Almost 8-9 hearings have happened in 498A and she does not give her statement to move case forward. Also as per my lawyer, the judge being woman she is not issuing warrant to give her statement in court.

Now my question is:
1) After marriage I traveled to Bhopal for one day only to get her back once. (the police fir mentions that date as the start of the dowry seeking and then continuing offence)
2) My parents did not visit Bhopal after marriage even once.

So how does the court in Bhopal get to decide the case when whatever incident she is saying (all hitting, not giving food, asking for dowry) etc happened at Jaipur / Delhi (even marriage happened in Jaipur) and not at Bhopal.

What is the process and fees which I need to incur to get the case quashed if at all this is a fit case for quashing? The high court is at Jabalpur for my case.

Regarding use of maiden name

Hi,
My name was change after my marriage with my husband's family name. But I have not adopted new name and continuing with my maiden name (voter's ID, AADHAR, driving license) . I am working in a government college with my maiden name. Is it illegal? Can I continue to be in my maiden name inspite of changed surname in marriage certificate?

Gratuity issue

Dear Sirs/Madams,

Greetings!!

I have worked in a Private company for a duration of 4 years 11 months and 20 days. During my notice Period I came to know that a Person who completes 4 yrs 8 months is eligible for the Gratuity so I asked (Written Communication on 6th Feb 2019 ) my Employer about the same and he replied (on 15th Feb 2019) that I have not completed the full 5 years that's why I am not eligible then I told him about my finding regarding the eligibility criteria.
After that, he replied (on 19th Feb 2019) that he will confirm the same from his CA and get back to me. Then After asking twice, I finally got the response today that I am not eligible for Gratuity as per their CA's assessment and no reason provided, I have asked them to provide the reason also.

Also, In the Relieving Letter it was mentioned that I joined the company as an Intern but intern/internship was neither mentioned in Offer letter nor in the Confirmation Letter, then and upon asking My employer replies that - "As you were Paid Stipend for the Training Period, the initial period was Internship and For us interns are also trainee/temporary employees, who have the job offer from our company but they are initially doing the internship with us."

Here are some Other Facts:
- I have Joined the company as Software Engineer Trainee on 27th Feb 2014 and relieved on 15th Feb 2019 as Software Engineer.
- Intern, Internship or Period of Internship was NEVER mentioned in Offer letter NOR in the Confirmation Letter.
- As per the Offer Letter, the initial Period (6 Months) was Training/Probation Period.
- In the Offer Letter, it was also mentioned that appropriate Tax will be also deducted from the Salary and Paid to the Central Government, but at that time my Salary was low and Tax was not deducted.
- Designation - Software Engineer Trainee was also mentioned in the Salary slips (along with the Offer Letter) & I was Paid Stipend for the Training/Probation Period.
- At the Time of Joining, PF was not deducted from the Salary as the company's strength was less than 20 people at that time.
- PF deduction started (Oct 2014) one month after the confirmation (Sep 2014).
- I NEVER submitted any document/application to the company during my joining for Internship for a fixed tenure.
- I was not registered under the Apprenticeship act during my training/probation period.

Someone please help/Suggest how to proceed further to claim for Gratuity.

Thanks.

Quash charge sheet fir

An Counter FIR has been filed on me and 3 of my friends/relatives for the initial complaint that I gave. The FIR is under trial and charge sheet has been filed by police. I am planning to apply for quash in high court , I have ample reasons and evidences to defend. I am not an advocate. But I had made a petition in SCI for PIL personally for other issue and have experience of it. Query is
1. Separate quash is required for 4 of us? Or a single petition will suffice?
2. If it can be combined in single petition, as I am not an advocate, can I still include 3 of my friends also to quash it?
3. SInce charge sheet is filed, do I need to specially request for quashing of charge sheet and FIR or quashing FIR statement would be sufficnet?
