How I can know the name of the opponent divorce advocate name. Not the one who is filing and doing all the court stuff but the senior advocate who actually mastermind the case. What is the way and to whom i can ask so that I can get proper information .I am not getting any details from my advocate . He is simply denying it on my face.

Sir / madam, my mother bought a land on 1978. Deed as shown my mother name, but patta is my father name. My father sold that property on 2006 without my mother knowledge. ( used by patta ). My mother was death on 27-8-2011. And my father was death on 16-6-2015.
Question :
1. How I recovery that's property ?
2.have any time limitations for this case ?
3. I was consulting with my Laywer, but they are told me that , we can't file this case , because you have to file within
three years. Now 13 years too late like this. In future if you file a case it can't won like this.
So please guide me how I win this case.

me and my friend meet an accident with another four wheeler and third party file an FIR against rash driving and drunk driving. while there was no medical test done by any doctor at that time. And my friend was driving the vehicle. now my query is that is it counted as criminal offence against me in any govt job? I was not driving the vehicle but I was in the vehicle. FIR was filed 2 days ago and I'm preparing for ssc cgl and cpo. both jobs joining will come this year only so there is less chances that till then the case got solved. Please reply me that this case didn't solve till my joining then what will happen?

I have saving account at Canara bank Tirunelveli District due to my job i transferred on 19.12.17 from Tirunelveli district to Ramnad district.but my Canara bank account still maintained at TIRUNELVELI district. on 20.1.19 i paid RRB CHENNAI EXAM FEE using Canara bank debit card,the transaction was failed but amount debited from my bank account. Regarding this lot of complaints i given to branch, customers care,etc.no amount refunded ,now i am willing to file complaint at DISTRICT CONSUMER FORUM,now i am working,residing in Ramnad District, may i file complaint at Ramnad DISTRICT CONSUMER FORUM,MY branch is at TIRUNELVELI DISTRICT, Canara bank is nationalized bank has branch at RAMNAD,so may is file complaint At Ramnad district consumer forum,i have confusion that consumer can file complaint at his residing RAMNAD District consumer forum.

Sir,
I have to take sign of gazetted officer on my attestation form on identity certificate attached with it. I have taken sign of gazetted officer officer but he doesn't know me personally, but he mentioned that he has known me from six months and the information given by me is correct. When police verification is done about my identity then whether it is questioned from me how i know that gazetted officer.

Has to remain anonymous to hide identity from other stake holders in civil suit.
I defendant in declaration suit.
P1 an unregistered firm of two partners
P2 died before suit came on board and one of two partners
P3. 2n d partner.
My then lawyer did not inform me of stay, neither plaintiffs obtained under 39 2a much before trial began.
Plaintiffs lied that they had possession. Of suit property and stated that they were paying civil taxes. Their /his lie exposed as for years were unaware of alleged breach of status quo and filed breach of status quo application after giving witness statement.
I was not even aware of ongoing suit till my then lawyer informed me of said breach application.
On going through papers I found that the lawyer was also named as advocate for p3 plaintiff and only surviving partner. Can a lawyer appear for both plaintiff and defendant. Although a different lawyer is named against firm. But after death of other partner, main plaintiff was the surviving partner who had hired my lawyer and played games. Is it legal to represent both parties? X lawyer has jeopardized my case. Although suit is not tenable but not coming to end. Hearing stage going on. No defendant stage given.
My second query is plaintiffs breach of status quo application to imprison me as contemnor etc not numbered.
Application since past 3 yrs but no notice given on me but hearing going on since more than a year after plaintiffs evidence ended.
Views and advise would be highly obliged.

The plot is registered on my fathers name and he is not alive now. The sale deed is lost. As we know the survey numbers and area of the plot we bought the CC without any FIR and posting ad in newspaper. Now our family has decided to gift the property to my elder sister. Can we proceed with registration with the help of only CC and death certificate? or do we need to file an FIR and post an ad in newspaper along with CC and death certificate? [We are not interested to sell the property to someone else anytime soon]. Awaiting your valuable suggestions. Thank you.

We had a property dispute over father's self acquired property among 6 siblings.
I won the case on 15 dec'17 for my 1/6 th part of the property.
The opposing party appeled in the high court which was accepted, ordering the lower court to proceed with it's execution but not to declare any decision without the high court's final decision.
I wanted to clear certain doubts regarding the case:
1. Can I demand the rent of my property currently acquired by the opposing parties starting from 15'dec 17.
2.If yes then under which Act and where should I appeal.

Pay protection
Sir I have been working as postal assistant in level 4 pay scale since 10.01.2006. and recently I cleared the exam ( direct recruitment) by isro (Indian space research organization of department of space) for 'assistant' post in it. As both , postal assistant and isro assistant, posts are central government posts And are of same scale if pay ,kindly clarify if my pay is protected now if I join isro. Because starting pay for both posts is 25500. But now in postal assistant , my current basic is increased gradually , in my approximately 13 years of service , to 39200. So kindly clarify if this basic of mine be carried to me in isro if I join in it now?
