A WRITTEN STATEMENT RUNS INTO 214 PAGES? CAN A COURT REJECT IT ON THE GROUND OF BEING BULKY?
Respected Experts,
I had worked in my previous company for 7 years and left before 2 and half year, filed case and won, order passed in my favor before 8 months approx, and I am still waiting for recovery certificate from Labor Commissioner office. Don't have any clue why they are delaying it intentionally or unintentionally.
Is there any provision or guideline that I can get the recovery certificate so I can proceed on next steps i.e. apply for recovery to Collector.
Or with copy of order can I file case in High court directly?
Thanks.

In a sale deed address mentioned by buyer is his old address he left the house far before registery of sale deed but adhar card is of same address, instead of giving present address he writes old address in sale deed can this sale deed be invalid on that point. matter is already in court.
i see somewhere that name, address and age should be mentioned in sale deed and should be right.
Pls suggest we are working on other elements also but want to cover each and every thing.
Thank you

My brother had an affair with a girl.He is 2 years younger than the girl. The girl and her family is very clever. The girl manipulated my brother.we sent him to study in chandigarh but we don't know how she was able to manipulate him and also we came to know that the girl used to take drugs even her brother used to take drugs and also she works as a prostitute.she was so clever that she got my all family member numbers from my brother's phone and she used to blackmail him and forces him to meet her, talk to her.Now her mother and brother started calling my family and they are saying that they are going to file a police officer is complaint againsty brother as he was in a relationship with him and now leaving her. Thay are harassing us and blackmailing us and theartning us and saying thay they will come to our home with police. They are just money seekers and we belongs to a very simple family. My father is an army man .He lives far away from us and in my family there is only my brother which is hardly 21 years old and my mother and me. I am only 24 years old. We are very afraid and seeking for help because we belongs to a very reputable family. So all this is really disturbing for the reputation of my family. Please help us and guide us what to do if they file a fake complaint against us or my brother
Noc by coop society for a mortgaged flat
A member who owns a flat in CHS is looking for Solvency Certificate. There is a bank Loan outstanding on his flat. He has asked for NoC from the society wherein he doesn’t want the society to mention about the mortgage/loan in the NoC.
Can Society issue NoC without mention of mortgage?
Is the society obliged to mention the bank loan/mortgage if it issues any type of NoC?
Can society refuse to issue NoC if the member insists, ‘not to mention of mortgage’?
Experts, kindly revert and oblige …… Regards
