Trail for 498a/406 going on since 2.5 years. Now opposition submitted application to get my passport surrender in trial court. I know trial court can not ask surrender passport, but will ask to apply for 'travel permission' each time need to go out of India. My questions are :
1. How to avoid this permission part - I am regularly travelling abroad and wish not to take permission every time ?
2. If need to seek permission from trial court - How much time it will take to get permission ?
3. In worst case if trial court (judicial magistrate) ask to deposit passport, where should I file appeal ? (In DJ court or High court)
4. What are chances High court will permit travelling abroad ?

Dear Sir,
I reside in a flat / bungalow in a residential complex that is registered as an Apartment Condominium.
At present, I have rented out my premises. Now the Board of Managers is demanding 20%
non- occupancy charges from me. I understand that in a cooperative housing society maximum 10% is payable as non- occupancy charges.
Kindly clarify what non-occupancy charges are payable under the Act, by me in an apartment Condominium.
I would appreciate if you could cite a High Court / Supreme Court judgement, with relevant clause details.
Thanks in advance.
Kind regards,
Rajendra

What rights do I have as a tenant if my tenancy house is being redeveloped
Bigamy registered under special marriage act
Whether the act of bigamy by a public without any Hindu rituals but registered under Special Marriage Act could end in dismissal of the public servant, if proved in disciplinary proceeding? Any safe guard to the dismissed employee or ruling of SC in such cases?
