Dear Sir / Mam,
Please suggest me how to register a complain against website developer for cheating and fraud.
One website developer has cheated me on agreement documentation and toked all the developer charges by blackmail me for website, now he is not ready to return the money nether website. Please guide me what to do to inform consumer forum to take strict action against this kind of peoples.

My grandmother made a unregistered will, and mentioned the transfer of properties to my aunt after death, and she had mentioned to sell a particular property and make a trust from it after her absence, but my aunt without having the knowledge about will forcefully made my grandmother sell the property. Now my grand mother is dead, is the will valid,as the property was sold

Hi,
I joined a firm as a trainee where I was promised to be supplemented with proper training under expert for a time period of six months but the senior under which I was working resigned within a month and the whole workload was given to me with any proper training.
After a couple of months(may) I raised the concern regarding the workload which need 2 individuals was completed by me and stipend is still of "trainee". In the same month HR said you are under consideration after knocking them for 10-12 days regularly.
In June month HR head said we have decided something and there is good news for you (after pressing several times). At the end of the month June - I was called for meeting where they said we will be giving you xxx amount and it's final (so they called for discussion but they premeditated decision was there,so meeting was mere formality)
On July 1 they sent me a mail that - you have been promoted and this will be effective from 1st July.
So my questions are
1. Can any company force me to do the work of executive keeping the designation of a trainee?
2. Do company require 2 months to resolve any concern or consideration?
3. What was promised while interview haven't been fulfilled, what action I can take for that?
4. Making work completed, forcing extra work ,fake promises, no negotiation while discussion. What can I do in all these cases?

I am working in an organization whose manpower capacity is less than 100. As major projects are on-site they have this clause mentioned in their HR policy that if the employee is on-site he needs to serve notice period of 6 months. However in offer letter it states 90 days notice period and also a statement stating go through the HR policy. Can we challenge the offer letter and contradicted HR policy clause for notice period in labour court.

Hello,
Kindly advice whether the amount paid BY persons to whom favour right have been relinquished (conveyance deed registered persons) TO persons who relinquished their right (other Family member) on sale of immovable property (ancestral Property), can be treated as Cost of Improvement in capital gain taxation?

Hi Experts,
My plant is not falling under ESIC and WC is applicable to us.
Since we are green field, they are so many labour contractors, now I am facing issue in applicability of ESIC as many contractor have their offices in ESIC area and they are regularly paying contribution to employees working for them.
My question is that if my premises is not falling under ESIC can I ask contractors to bring wc or esic absolve the mobility of wc.
Appreciate your help.

Dear Respected Sirs / Madam,
I have filed OS5854/2016 for money recovery and cancellation of sale deed against 6 defendants of the entire family members. The case had progressed well with both sides cross examined (while at cross examination, defendant acknowledged OS598/2010 of the entire survey was in favor of the then plaintiff favouring declaration order,decree and judgement)
Post that the current case 5854 was posted for argument stage and unfortunately the as per court routine, the judge got transferred and since the new judge taken over, the defendant wants to take advantage of the situation and approaching court to revert the case to back to evidence stage. While in the affidavit the evidence names mentioned has no connection. In this scenario kindly help me with your advice / input on the following.
a) Will the new judge acknowledge our objection and not allow case to back to evidence stage and post for argument phase
b) Would the previous judge (prior to transfer) would have left any hand-over notes about the case along all the observation and interim oders for current judge to administer right and timely justice and judgement
c) Importantly the 1st defendant has been claimed as expired/dead by other defendants and that to my awareness they have not submitted death certificate?. Should this not be mandatory for judge to insist that a certificate be produced to court ?. Also should we not raise objections before Judge
I seek help from the esteemed panel as my advocate is not providing being helpful and very passive to my clarifications

Regarding divorce from my wife
i am separate from my wife from past 7 years and i have 6 year old daughter with my wife custody.No improvement in my life.Also my father-in -law frequenlty giving false police compliants against me. i am able to handle police that is not an issue.How to proceed divorce from my side.please help us and advise me.
