With candid request to all..!!
My question is one my buddy aged about 22 years fled with a girl aged 16 years and my buddy wants to surrender himself to police with girl..? The girl�s party had lodged a complaint against my buddy in police station..? My query is now what should my buddy do now..? What will be the best legal remedy? And even police threatening my buddy�s family members and police telling my buddy�s family members to produce him at any cost otherwise a legal proceeding will be initiated against each of you?? Please help

Section 125 maintenance

Hi,
I have filed the divorce petition against my wife 4 yrs back and wife filed section 125 maintainance against me on which i have to pay now 9 lakhs rupees. Now i lost my job with all this and i have no income to pay such amount. Now i have following queries

1- is it possible that amt can be recovered from my mothers property?
2- i have flat on my name but registry is not yet done and having the bank loan as well on this flat... can this be attached?
3- what are the other actions may happen againt me ?

Regarding relieving with present company

Actually I have 2 years bond signed with compensation of 4 lakh. Present this employer is asking me to resign. I will waved off your bonding money you need to pay only your 6 months salary. If I first resigned without employer sayed details mentioned in an official mail. Is it safe for me. He is asking me to first you send resignation mail then only I will reply that the bond amount can be waved off and you need to pay 6 months salary only. Is it safe for me to resign first.

Furnishing the documents regarding the second marriage

When I emailed ministry of home affairs for disclose 2nd marriage status in there records they replied back saying "requested to approach the Hon’ble Court to issue directions for furnishing the documents regarding the second marriage of your wife"

Please help me what can I file case in Hon’ble Court to issue directions for furnishing the documents regarding the second marriage of wife

Tds on retirement benefit

I am an employer. My employee retired on 31/03/2019. Accordingly TDS returned has already been filed for FY-2018-19. Now I want to disburse Rs. 48,000 as his retirement benefit as per our policy in the month of June'19 . What rate of TDS I will deduct out of his retirement benefit, which may come U/S17(3) of IT Act i.e profit in liue of salary.

Transferring Bar membership from Delhi to Manipur

Sir,
I had submitted my application for transferring my bar membership from Delhi to Manipur at BCI on 23 February 2019. I am still waiting for reply from BCI, I had call up several time for the status with a reply it will take another 7 (seven) days more to process. It has already been four month. What is the maximum days for the process to complete please guide me with this.

1 agreement not registered in chain of documents

Dear Team,

We had purchased an office area in 2019. I am the 3rd Owner of the property. The issue is as follows

1. Builder Sold the property in the year 1991. Document between Builder and 1st Party is Not registered nor stamp duty paid
2. 1st Party sold the property to 2nd Party and Registration an Stamp Duty is paid. We have the original document with Index II.
3. 2nd Party sold the property to me and Registration and Stamp Duty is paid.

The issue is The Society needs to do a Conveyance deed and want the First Registered Document. As I do not have the document they are unwilling to transfer the property in my name in the society.

I tried checking with the Builder and 1st Party. The Builder is ready for registration but the 1st Party is unwilling to do it. I also said that the Registration Stamp Duty expenses will be borne by me. Still to no avail

Can you please help me for a way forward so that the document is registered Ex Party/Third Party or by any other means?

Will I face any issues in selling the property?

Employee cheque fraud section 420,408

Further sir, if the cheque is legitimate and it is deposited into my friends bank account, whether employer is right or employee is wrong is little difficult. Further, employee may receive imprest or many otherr reimbursments. So, is this ground tenable
