Liability of husband in execution against wife

Dear Sir,
Mrs X has taken loan from one bank and me along with mr x stood as a guarantor and I have paid the loan to bank and filed suit for recovery against them for amount paid by me to bank. It was ex-party decreed as none has appeared and in execution baliff taken a cheque of MR X in favour of court for decreetal amount on behalf of MRs X (JD) but due to some reasons that date of the cheque has been lapsed as some applications were pending and now the query is can we take that cheque from court and file civil recovery suit against mr x on the basis of that cheque as he has issued the chque on the behalf of mrs X and he become surety under execution of decree.MRS x has died and nothing has been inherited by MR x from her so only thing which is left with me is CHK issued by MR X in favour of Court received by baliff under execution . Please help me I am confused as not getting the proper advice from anyone.

Pleading for new relief in appeal

The divorce/annulment petition filed by wife on ground of my alleged impotency got dismissed after trial since I got medical certificate in my favour from the special medical constituted by court order on my application for my potent test. Then she filed appeal in HC against family court judgement. As per my advocate it will also got dismissed based on the same medical certificate. Now the issue is that I don't want to continue this relation after all such allegation and litigation, and want to get divorce on grounds like irretrievable break down. So, can I plead for divorce on new ground in counter for this appeal or should I wait until the appeal got dismissed? She is not ready for mutual divorce.

Domestic violence judgement

W. ref. to the domestic violence petition filed by my wife in Mumbai district court, myself and my wife were cross examined and finally now, the matter is now considered as a petty issue which happens in every household. In the last hearing date, the judge stated that there is NOTHING which can prove that the respondent (myself) stands guilty of conducting domestic violence. So, finally I am free of this allegation put on me.

But now, I am worried about the judgement order. I have the below doubts in my mind.

I request the Advocate panel in this thread to clear the following doubts.

1. Will the court ask her to join me or me to join her?? Please note here that She has not mentioned anywhere in her petition that she wants to join me.

2. If the court asks me to join her and then if I deny to join her (if she is ready to join me), in this circumstance what can be the judgement? Will I be penalised ??

3. Will my wife get whatever she has asked in her petition prayer??

Thank you and warm regards.

Buying inam land as per old docs but converted to patta land

Dear Experts,
I paid advance to one agriculture land in Telangana, when I visited MRO office for adangal copies of 1954/55 and later years, I found the land is "Inam Sheri" category till 1988 and then in 1989 the land categorized as Oori Cheruvu (Village pond), then land converted to Patta land and categorized as 'Kushki land', Crops as "Jonna" through ORC proceedings (from 1988).
No EC on these lands as of now as no registrations done till now. This survey number is not part of prohibited list in the SRO.

Can we buy this land? Is there any legal issues at later time if we buy Inam lands which converted to patta lands around 30 years back.
Note: Landowners are General cast and BC Category currently and we are General category.
Thank you
