Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a hindu.I am a Executor in a registered will of my father. I have given the same for the Grant of Probateon 2015 in the Calcutta High Court. There is a commercial property which had a partnership between my father and my elder brother with 50% profits sharing which stands dissolved. My elder brother has challenged the will
We have rental earnings from there and govt tax payment every month. However my elder brother mismanaged and did not pay the taxes and also the License agreement with the tenant is due. Can I take over the signatures in the Current Account of the Partnership Firm to make the govt and legal heir payments or instruct the Bank to auto debit/standing instructions for the payments and also I renewing the License agreement for one year with escalation in rent and inform the court accordingly.. Kindly suggest and also suggest me a few law best books on this subject with author and year so to use it as an evidence to perform my duties without any issue.
Warm Regards,
Sujoy Ghosh

General Information : HMA 13a filed by Husband on the basis of Cruelty and Desertion. One child of 5.5 years of age, living with Mother. Currently interim maintenance going for child in 'DV Act' (wife was working, so her maintenance denied). My question is regarding legality and reference citation for parallel proceedings of 'DV act relief' and 'HMA 24' ?
1. Are there any judgement available which says : parallel proceedings for 'DV act' maintenance case and HMA 24 will not be possible?
2. Legally, the court will consider their application for HMA 24, Or it can be denied citing 'DV act' maintenance ? Any other legal point which can raised against parallel proceedings of HMA 24 and 'DV act' financial relief ?
Many thanks in advance.

Hi there,
We hired online legal service provider for registration of our charitable trust in March 2019 end. They communicated over email to complete the trust registration by 19th April 2019.
After a week of part payment made, they changed the date to 10-May-2019.
In last week of April 2019, they said trust will be registered by 3rd week of May 2019. In second week of May, they said trust will be registered by 29-June 2019.
And finally trust was registered on 29-June.
They made potential delay of more than 2 months and demanding for remaining payment. When they receive payment, then only they will handover my Trust registration certificate.
Whatever i mentioned above are in form written communication made by service provider over email and i do have some call recording.
I request experts here to guide me on how to proceed further.
Can i take any legal action against that service provider?
Will police be able to file FIR against that service provider? Or i should approach cyber crime team?
Thanks in-advance.
