All office bearers and the managing committee members resigned because of some misunderstanding from the members. The MC has passed a resolution to this effect.
Now some members have given a letter to conduct the spl general body meeting. Since the MC is dissolved, who and how special general body meeting can be conducted as cooperative housing society act. We are located in Bangalore.
Kindly advise.

From nov 2016 to dec 2018 i was not in india, my regular c.a passed away. My false returns were filled by new ca who was hired by my partner but i was not consulted or neither my approval was taken by my partner. On 31.03.2019 i received sms saying my returns were not filled for year 2018-2019. On seeing my returns file i was shocked to see that my returns for 2017-2018 were filled by another ca and they were filled incorrectly. our business had a bank loan which was paid from my personal account but that was not shown in the returns that were filled neither in my personal nor in my company's accounts. I asked this c.a first he refused to entertain me and then when he meet me he said its your partner who asked him to file my returns. When i asked him to give me back my supportive documents he refused and now since april 2019 he is giving me one excuse after another to not meet me. i am sure my partner and he are hand in glove in this crime so that i cannot claim the money given to my company. should i file a complaint against this ca with ICAI or how should i proceed with this. since august he said he was busy with his client's returns and now he is completing avoiding me. please help

Sir I am on a case hit and run for past two years ,I attended 7 to 8 vaidhas only .for past one year I haven't attended a single vaidhas.now police officer called that they have a arrest warrant.pls give a solution sir.the man who I hitted was alright now.

Dear Sir
My mother in law who was a joint owner in the property ( House ) alongwith my Father in Law has died. Bothe were joint owners.
They have 3 daughters (which includes my wife ) I want to know how the property get divided now.
Is it that my Father in Law gets 50% share of the property plus equal in remaining share of my mother in law along with 3 daughters
or
He only gets 50% being joint owner and rest 50% gets divided into 3 daughters.

can my wife open office in her name in my residence/flat and register accordingly with Govt. authorities concerned (Govt. of AP) in her name with giving my residence/flat address as proof of office address

We have filed consuerm complaint for deficiency in service as fridge was not repaired brought on 20-2-2019.
We have filed it at Coonoor Consumer Cort.
Notice sent for past 9 months, nearly 14 times. Each date only notice.
Party not available. Party not take notice.
like that RPAD come back.
So our qauestion is. How many times will consumer court send notice to respondents? Is there any limit? Cant they decide csae exparte?

Kindly provide your expert suggestions on a below matter related to my friend.
A couple is separated ( and not interested for legal proceedings) for 7- 8 months without divorce or judicial separation, wherein the child age of 11 living with her father as the mother is deserted both. The father lost his earning source as a need to take care of his child and mother is working but do not provide any financial support for her child even.
Please advice on below points:
1. If the mother is not supporting her child financially, Can we do something about it legally?
2. Is there any judgment which supports this condition or related to this?
3. Is there any law or guidelines which can direct the financial stable mother to support her child?
Any information and guidelines will be a great help in order to save a child's future.
