Advocate has paid 60000 to tnscdrc

We lost in the lower court and went for appeal, in appeal at TNSCDRC our advocaate asked to pay us 25000/- we paid it and appeal got admitted.

Our lawyer has asked another 60000 stating that we have to pay some more money. We cannot believe him. SO we are posting our problem here. Interestingly he said that if you cant pay, I will only pay and you pay me later.

Today we went to TNSCDRC and there we came to know that he has deposited 60000/- we were shocked.

We asked what is the matter, why he has paid in the office, office told you contact advocate.

But our advocate is not picking phone. What might have happened? Can anyone explain?

Anticipatory bail in 406,419,170

Recently i have been booked under sec. 406,419 170 & 120/B.
One accused in released on bail after investigation.
As per aligations we had visited a shopkeeper godown intimidating as duplicate GST officers. But, the officers are real and not fake. I had accompanied them as informer and to show them the place. After the search was over, the shopkeeper approached my friend ie accused no.1 to pursue him for settling down the matter. Under the pretext of giving papers & bills etc he called my friend to his shop. As planned earlier he trapped my friend of taking Rs 50 k as settlement and police made a case. Although he didnt touch the bag containing money he was forcibly pushed in a car and bag was put beside him.
The bailed out accused has business rivalry with the shop keeper.
The matter is now 12 days olderr. Police is supporting us bcoz the officers are real and the search is real. But, since the fir is lodged i need to present my self with a A/B cover. Please advise.

Family certificate

My mother owned a property in Kerala which others had occupied and we were settled in Orissa I came 22 years ago to Kerala and my mother died in Orissa few years ago. Now those who had occupied the property have come forward voluntarily to rectify and pay the money for the property. The register office in that area has asked for Family Certificate. And when I looked online I found that we need to produce the ration card. The ration card was in Orissa but it was lost many years ago. We did not go after it at that time. Mummy did not have in her name any passbook or anything else. As the property was occupied it was considered lost and no will was made. What should I do now,

Antony

How to legalize the building comes under gram panchayat

Our Building constructed in 1995 G+ 3 comes under Gram Panchayat in Bhiwandi Maharashtra. When the Agreements of Flat owners registered in Sub- Registrars office in Bhiwandi Maharashtra, Builder attached the documents approved for some other Survey Nos. in the same complex. No Flat buyers made out the fraud. Later we found out that the Survey Nos where our building stands are different. Also we found out that there is no NA done or there is NO approved plan available with Gram Panchayat for the said building. We sent the legal notice to the builder but things are not sorted out yet. Builder is not co-operating either. Our building is registered under Co-op. Society Act.

Please advise us how we can proceed to legalize the building with proper building plan and how we can convert the land to NA land and include our name 7/12 extract.

Due to absence of any documents we could not apply for Deemed Conveyance of the Society.

Please guide us. Thanks in advance.
