Good Evening Sir,
My father filed recovery of possession suit in the year 2013 and the 4 respondents ex-party and we got Judgement and decree on 20-09-2016 but my advocate not filed the Execution Petition with in two year.
In 2016 i also completed my L.L.B and enrolled in state bar council and pass the AIBE exam too.
I personally filed the Execution Petition on 20-09-2018 but i came to know that my EP is returned on dated 22-09-2018. because i have not filed the following particulars 1 Notice against J.Drs not filed. 2 Process for service of notice not deposited.
SD Senior Civil Judge.
the case pending In The Court of the Hon'ble Senior Civil Judge at Shadnagar.
Then i have filed re submission of EP on 5-10-2018 with Notice against J.Drs and process for service notices were deposited which being submitted along with petition under section 148 cpc condone delay of 6 days.
know i got hearing in that condone delay petition on 23-10-2018.
In condone delay petition i have stated that due to old age and ill health i couldn't attend the court and filed the required particulars with in (7) days as such the delay caused for (6) days may kindly be condoned.

dear sir one of my supplier has not filed his gstr-3b & gstr-1 since april-18.
he has issued us tax invoice & we have claim input on that basis.
we asked him to file return & deposited tax then he said he will do soon.
what should i do now.? please help

I got� �Physically and mentally Assaulted(&)ragged��by seniors� � � I am Dheeraj Nimmagadda, a student of UG 1st year economics got beaten by some seniors AbdulGuffer & Sohail Mahummad Ansari �of our department on 1st october night. let me inform you that 2 seniors of our department beat me and few other supporters of bussiness school #BBA Department
due to Unsounded behavior towards those� seniors .I agree that i havent cared them in seniors few people.due to their behaviour� But you can ask the seniors� people and teachers of class .Behavior of me and please let me know you one thing Mam until now to�
�the thing is clear that� the people are begging And commanding� for the respect�
Incidents that they� marked to beat me�

later on after some time i said them that using the words bro i didn't said to you� be cool ..then he asked my Room no i said B block B30 when i was in my room they came front of the door and� said me to come out� then i said you come in bro.��
then they started beating me....in� showing senior ism with me and i got frightened be seeing those people came with a gang and friends are trying to stop and they punished� my friends��
*and i was been clam i havent raised my voice they beating me again� and� due escape from this fight and i said sorry� �and� they called me out then to i got frightened� i said no i wont come� after long time �they called me out forcefully� �
And started to saying about this University� and how the seniors are powerful and they said you might� be think about to Complain About us� to the department and to the Vice Chancellor�
they cant� do they thing in this University� if they might to only they will suspend for one week nothing more then that

I am working with Delhi based company however I am deployed with one of their client in Gurgaon,
During joining my payroll company provided me appointment letter with below details
"Probation: Initially the appointment shall be for a probationary period of 3 months. Thereafter, if your services are found satisfactory, you shall be issued a letter of confirmation. Your probationary period can also be extended at the discretion of the company.During the probation period either the company can terminate the appointment or you by giving 15 days notice
Termination: a:) On confirmation of your services you may terminate this appointment by giving 90 days notice in writing. No adjustment to be made in lieu of notice period at the time of exit."
As of now they have not given me any confirmation letter that I am now their confirmed resource neither any letter that my probation period has been extended.
I am having some personal issues and will not be able to work longer in Gurrgaon and wanted to quit the organisation.
I have put down my resignation and asked for early release, Now they are forcing me to serve 90 days.
Though I have not received or signed signed any confirmation letter that say I am bound to serve 90 days notice period.
I tried for all negotiation already served 30 days notice period hoping for smooth exit but they are not agree to provide me any early date.
Please let me know any solutions.

Hello respected wise people, My grand parents had 2 son ravi sharma n kishan sharma. They also had two houses . I am living in a house of area 1200 sq ftin Indore {MP} since 2000. The house was in name of my Grandmother, she died in 2011. Then in 2016 my father {ravi sharma}died. After 6 month my grandfather also died .My grandparents used to live with uncle ,as it was bigger about 2000 sq ft. First my grandmother died 2011 Then my father in 2016 Then my grandfather in 2017 The house in which I was living was registered to my grandmother .It's registry was in their custody. But some how my uncle kishan sharma took it from them. He then succeeded in recording the two houses under his name in 2018 January.My father used to pay house taxes but he kept those receipt slips to my grandfather ,they were also taken by my uncle.there was no issue until today between as. Both house are only 200 m away from each other. After my grandmother death no name transfer had taken place.we are still living in same house. I asked uncle to give me registry of my house he denied. I filed RTI in municipal corporation that how named transferred to my uncle. They {municipal corporation}called uncle as routine and uncle denied to share those documents to me ,so I couldn't find how name has been transferred. What can I do.?I m living in same house from 18 years continuously.

I filed petition under section 12-1-A(impotency of wife )of HMA1955,In month of 20/04/2014.
On 13/11/2014 my wife declared unmarried status on general affidavit in public .......this false affidavit i submit
to court.. on 20/5/2015 she submitted W.S to family ,and denied all me allegation of petition...
I filled IPC 420 & 406 in criminal
court (under reason that being married she declared unmarried in public and on otherside she sbumitt w.s against me in court
with all false allegation ) Its totally cheating and breach of trust of me ....
In addition I filled RP act 125A & IPC 181 in her hometown court - becase she declared unmarried,no property in affidavit
form no 26. (though she is being married) ,,,so she has to show unmarried status in homwtown court.
(even SC court jugment is typograpic error not accpeted on afffidavit form no 26. it will be as a false
declaration which is offence .)
Family court put exibit no on all documents (My Petition and affidavit ,Her W.S, Her public issued false affidavit too)
Family court took lots of time and judge pass no cross order in favour of husband .... she didnt file affidavit
,and accepted guilty,agreed that she is impotent in front of judge without cross examination...
Even she accepted all my allegations ....
now i want to know that:-
1)In jugment will the court write that she accepted all my allegation and about false affidavit ?, because I want to submit copy of jugment to criminal
courts ...
2)My marriage will be voidable from which date ,from the date of marriage or from the date of court order/jugment?,,
I am curious to know that
3)She withdraw her W.S allegation and accepted all my allegation ,this will also come in jugment ?
4) which charges I can file against her in criminal court ?

Not present in quashing case, bailable warrant issued
Dear experts,
My mother filed a DV case against my wife in lower court, and my wife filed quashing case in Session court.
Notices was serviced through lower court direction but in the first date of quashing my mother's lawyer missed the information and my mother/lawyer could not reach to court which result the court issued bailable warrants against my mother, now the next hearing after 2 months.
Can police knock out door till the next hearing held??
How we can avoid arrest now?, and where we should approach for that?
