What is the period of limitation for purchasing a stamp paper/franking a leave and licence agreement which is intended to start from mid of November. Till what time can the registration be allowed. Can it be done so. Is there any specific book for reference.

Now one of the parties of arbitration agreements i.e. my father's elder brother who already signed arbitration contract and accepted the same has challenged the same after accepting it. The Municipal corporation took the plea and sayin that they cannot issue TS 1 till court case is pending.

Mr. 'A' married Ms. 'B', 3 years back and at present they are living separately since they are having some disputes from two years.

In the above case wife is having job and sufficient means to maintain herself. But the husband is no job and no means to maintain himself.

In the above circumstances Mr. 'A' husband, can claim maintaenance from Ms.'B' wife under section 125 of Cr.P.C.
