Many years ago I resigned my Chairmanship & Directorship in a Private Limited company when I found that some hanky panky was going on between the Managing Director and another Director who jointly had signatory powers to operate the Company bank accounts. It has taken me years to grope around to find out where the money was disappearing to.It was a herculean task as it was masked very well by the two of them. Sometime ago one of the ex employees of the Company gave me some leads by naming at least two accounts but without much details as to which bank and which branch,etc. I first tried to get information from HSBC where the Company had the main account but this was a no go as they had instructed the bank not to give me any information without written instructions from at least 2 signatories (I was the third but it was of no use). Next stop was to a Coop Bank where the Company had its day to day running account. Attempts to track down these accounts were futile as it was also stopped by these two signatories. About 7 months ago it was by sheer providence that when I asked one of the bank employees innocently if the two named accounts were with their Colaba branch she scanned through the computer and told me that both the accounts existed and gave me the balances in both accounts; adding that one had been frozen as not being operated for years. On a subsequent visit to the bank I got some more information as I had the Account numbers and found that large deposits by way of Dividend Warrants from Public Limited companies were going into the second Account (and still were going till a few months ago) that had more than 25 lakhs in it ????? I would like to bring this scam into the public domain but do not know how to go about it. Income Tax or Reserve Bank of India or any other body.

Mala and Rahul were married in 2001 and were residing at Vijayanagar, Bangalore. However after few years their relationship got strained and were regularly quarrelling over frivolous issues. One Day, Mala left her matrimonial house with her eldest daughter Pinto and started living with her father Gopalakrishna at Jayanagar, Bangalore. Rahul kept his younger daughter, Pinkoo with his sister, Deepa and prevented Mala from seeing the child.
During a noon Mala came to Deepa's house and forcefully took Pinkoo with her. Rahul on hearing this reached Gopal Krishna's house and quarreled.
After two days of the incident, Rahul and Gopalkrishna happened to meet at a market place and started to quarrel and grappled with each other. Both fell down. In the heat of passion thus generated Gopalakrishna slapped Rahul saying he would kill him. Rahul in fit of rage took a stick lying nearby and gave a blow to the stomach of Gopalakrishna.
Gopalakrishna who was suffering from diseased spleen fell down instantly. Before dying Gopalkrishna gave his Dying Declaration regarding the fight and the knowledge of Rahul about the enlarged spleen. Rajajinagar police arrested Rahul and filed charge sheet.
Evidence was led by prosecution in the sessions Court and during trial an eyewitness stated that it was Gopalakrishna who slapped Rahul and started the fight. Trial Court relying on Dying Declaration of Gopalakrishna convicted Rahul for commission of murder and sentenced him for life imprisonment.
Rahul challenged the conviction by filing a Criminal Appeal, before the High Court of Karnataka, relying on the deposition of the eyewitness

Can a exam result after 2 revaluations be challenged in court of Law?
If yes. Which court of law should be approached?
Can the student approach Consumer Redressal Forum? What relief can a Consumer Redressal Forum give for a student who has written a exam 9 times and failed even after asking for revaluation.
A answer script should be evaluated 3 times as per university rules. Each time the answer script is evaluated only 1 time. Revaluation occurs only after 3 evaluations have been done. In this case 1 evaluation is done and result announced. Along with this the front sheet where evaluators name and signature are present are missing in the photocopies given by the university.
The student is a Final Year Law Student in final semester under the 3 year LLB course under Karnataka Law University.

Which court to approach.
Which are the relevant sections under CPC to ask for court intervention.
Experts are requested to guide so that a student’s life is saved.

I'm a 24 year old female in love with a man of 24 yrs old from my maternal side.. He is my mother's father's sister's son.. we both are in love with each other from past 5yrs and are planning to get married to which our families don't support.. does this marriage is legal or does it come under prohibited marriages?? Please help..

My dear experts
On 1.12.2016 marriage took place .nearly one month lived together at husband place no cohabitation between them.after 4 months a memorandum of understanding executed between them as there is no possibility to join both of them even elders advices them.both husband and wife along with their parents also signed and as per the MOU after one year the both has to file mutual Diverce petition before the court.
But now the wife is not coming to file mutual Diverce petition before the court.
As per the MOU husband has to pay an amount of rs 30000 as alimony and returned the articles on the date of MOU.
Husband is ready his part.
Kindly advice to husband what he has to do.can he file Diverce petition under section 13 of Hindu marriage act
I hope you experts Will give a proper advice on this regard.

We are Muslims living in Tamil Nadu. My elder brother has gifted a property owned by him to three of us ( myself, my son and my wife ) under a single hibanama ( Rs. 20/- Stamp paper) ten years back. Based on this Hibanama I have constructed a building on this site and have got the EB connection, Water connection and Drainage connection in the name of the three persons (donees). The property tax receipts are also bear the three names together. The rent accrued from the building is also divided equally and the rent receipts are given individually. The income is also shown in the Income tax returns and since below the tax limit, no tax.is payable.
Since the Hibanama is only on a piece of paper, I now want to register it and get for the property a registered document to facilitate future sale purposes. I heared that a Hiba must be registered within four months. Can this Hibanama be registered now? What is the stamp duty applicable on this registration process in Tamil Nadu?. What is the procedure to be followed? Please give your esteemed advice.

Hi all , actually I am planning to set up my own Ielts coaching centre in Punjab .It only have an objective to train people for appearing in Ielts exam . I have already rented a space and it has total capacity to accommodate near about 20 students in one batch . I am planning to run it in morning and evening only, initially, but I am unaware about the documentation required for it .Kindly guide for the same .
Your advice is welcomed and would be really appreciable.
