Namaste experts all are know recently gratuity act was amended ceiling enhanced to rs 20lacs but sad thing is it was implemented from 29032018 instead of 112016 for private and public sector employees so that the employees who retired between 112016 to 29032018 deprived the opportunity of getting the enhanced amount with no fault of them. It is very injustice meting out different treatment with different dates with descrimination violating the principle equality before law .Lacs of employees both private and public sector who retired between 112016 and 2 9032018 disappointed with implementation date making enquiries for remedy with a ray of to get revised date for implementation sirs are there any legal remedies to get the cheers of these unfortunate employees who retired between 11 20q6 to 29032018 thank q sirs

Me my brother and my parents runs a retail store and annual income is around 8 lakh from which around 2 to 4 lakh they give to us as we also work . please explain how i should calculate income for obc

Lost all hope after consumer forum dismissed my complaint where I asked college to refund my fees and return my tc and marks cards.
Now Usha madam suggested to civil court.
Can any of you help me?
I spoke to many advocates but nobody willing to take education case.
I am fed up. Dont know what to do. Help sirs and madams.

1 Under 156 (3) CRPC,the FIR was registered in the Section 452/354 IPC dated 23/2/18 in , final report of the police and recommendation of 182 CRPC dated 12/3/18 in
2 JM Court, the complaint was given in the complaint dated 2/4/2018, the police filed FIR but did not arrest the accused
3 JM COURT, ordered registered in complaint case in the court
4 Can the court register the libel after the Final Report, please tell a law to dismiss the libe

Dear Experts,
My case was registered in the month of Oct 2017 with following sections 323,363,506r/w149 IPC.Accused were arrested installment base due to their influence(7 members in Nov month,5 members in Dec month & 4 members in Jan2018). Now police delaying to file charge sheet in court. From last couple of months they giving same answer...'ll do by this weekend. I am fed up by listen the same answer.Plz advice how to followup or speedup to get charge to be done.

Subject matter on information sought: It was informed through written statement by College authorities in Consumer complaint No..... (Please reproduce verbatim all the CA statements made by them)
Information solicited:
1.Please provide documents / data -the basis on which above statements are made in a consumer forum against the applicant.
2.Please provide the name of the concerned employee that drafted or agreed for the draft .
3.Please provide relevance of those personal allegations in Consumer complaint which was filed on deficiency of services as written statements gives wrong signals that Colelge need not provide services, if there are some other false allegations against the consumer.
4.Please provide certified copies of those remarks / office notes showing action taken on those complaints / allegations by college authorities till now.

Sir plz tell me we have sold our house and the buyer had made only half the payment mentioned in the deed and till then 2 and a half year is passed and the remaining payment has not made. so we can file a suit for the cencellation of the registered deed and if yes so what will be the time limit upto we can file the suit.

Can I Marry my bother-in-law's(jiju) sister's daughter....we truely love each other...she is younger to me by (7 to 8 yrs )..so is that age gap along with she being my jiju's niece a problem for us to get married..it's like we can't survive without each other but then our family is too conservative..what to do???

Settlement of provident fund
Dear Sirs,
I worked as a manager with a textile manufacturer in Bangalore from November 2005 to May 2007, resigned and then started my own freelance career. I was a member of the EPF/FP and the employer was depositing my PF/FP contributions to the respective EPFO office in that area. Due to my own fault (call it procrastination), I did not claim my accumulated amount till 2015.
I did not have my PF account number. Therefore I submitted my claim forms duly filled in to my employer's office requesting them to provide the account number and forward the documents to the EPFO in June 2015. But the employer's HR department misplaced the papers. I again resubmitted a fresh application in September 2015. But came to know that the company was closed by then.
Since then I have been following up with them and as advised by their MD I again couriered a fresh application in December 2015 but did not receive any reply. I have been running from pillar to post but since all their staff had left, I tried to take help from a few of their ex HR staff who tried to help me but without success. I am a senior citizen living in Kolkata and I have nobody to turn to for help. Hence I have decided to visit Bangalore next week and contact the Area or Regional office of the PF commissioner for help. But I do not have my provident fund account with me.
Respected sirs, can you please advise me how can I get back my PF money? All I have are my appointment letter and approx. date of leaving the service. Shall be grateful to know the procedure. Looking forward to your kind response,
