Hello ,
I am living in G+13 BDA approved apartment in Singsandra . We have been living here for last 8 years with No proper Roads which is connecting to the Main Road. We would like to know how can we find as whats approved Road by BDA for us to get connected to the Main Road . Which document should we check and whom should we approach in BDA to avail this information .

During my first posting in government sector as a probationer one incident occurred. Some plot were to be alloted to eligible persons based on the records of their previous khatauni .the departmental amin in his report changed the units to sq.m from sq.ft (as per original khautauni).The effect of changing of unit was such that a higher size plot could be alloted,but he cleverly wrote the correct original size of plot to be alloted and not the higher one.he addressed the report to me (having 4.5 months of service & no knowledge of land matters and records; being an engineer) , I forwarded the report to higher authority without any comment or changes with correct recommendation of plot size to be alloted(in sq.m). Higher authorities increased the size of plot to be alloted on another noting.When this act was found 1 year later ,I was shocked as I was completely unaware of this misdeed.kindly suggest the action on my part or the situation I'm in. Further I had only 4.5 months of service as a probationer at the time of incident

My mother filed a DV case against my father in 2016 after continued mental and physical torture,till this day no protection order of any sort has been passed by any judge presiding over this case but now the judge is going to pass an order to force my mother to do an inventory of her belongings as requested by my father through his lawyer,meanwhile my father is still slapping and punching my mother and harassing her.
Edit:My father left the shared household in 2015 and then came back and started staying on the first floor of the house which we have no access to and he has no access to the ground floor either.The property is jointly owned by both of them.The lawyer that we have been assigned to,through free legal aid is not co-operating with us either.We have made several police complaints but to no avail.

i am a married woman, we have no kids, i and my husband co-own a property, since my husband is paying EMI alone he is harassing me to work so that the financial burden can be equally shared.my husband is taking care of my in-laws. what to do ? please advise. is my husband correct in forcing me to work.

Please advise me how much (percent) landlord can increase the rent on very old shop.
As my father holding a shop from more than 35 years and now landlord passed away and his son increasing rent illegally and randomly.

Dear Sir,
I have query on inter payment by one sister concerned for other sister concerned. I mean that one company's bank accounts is used for other company's payment. Is this covered under GST as a supply of service to one sister concerned from other sister concerned.
Can it be treated as transaction in money in the GST.
or
please suggest me other ways to avoid GST.
