Sir,
I 've recently shifted from delhi to mumbai in a society flat as a tenant on company's lease and my problem is that i ve been disallowed to park my car inside the society citing the reason that only flat owners can park inside.i want to ask is there any law which establishes their decision ?what is my constitutional right ?on what basis they can disallow me.pls help me.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Pl let me know in detail, procedure/system to be followed for transferring name of joint holder/member as member of housing society in case of death of member.
Also, pl let me know can i also give name of my wife as joint holder as she is nominee of the flat. In such case can i put my son as nominee, who is minor.

Fact : In one Pvt. Ltd co. had Group Mediclaim Policy due for renewal on 5th Oct,2010. But due to oversight co. couldn't able to renew it. In meantime co. got qoutation from another insurance co. which is very low compared to original renewal premium of old policy. After that Management decided to take GMP from new vendor, but by that time 23 days passed. During this 23 days time 3 employees mediclaim come. There is no terms regarding GMP in offer letter. Just company has announced that whoever completed one year will be eligible for GMP. GMP also just before one year only started.
My Querries are:
1). Can employee claim from Company for his claim?
2). Can Company liable for employees cliam?
3). Is there any possibility of legal case?
4). If company is ready to give some token of help than what should company has to get something in writing from employee. like ... employee can give in writing that I recd. so & so amt. and now I have no further claim against this issue in future. (I want some write up in legal point of view.)

This Is Mukesh , i have joined company on nov 07 and in my offer letter there is one brekup was added of performance pay this is the policy where company is dedectind Rs 2500 per month in salry and they are relasing full amount rs 30000 at the end of finacial year and i have resign my privous company on 20/3/10 before 10 days of compliny finacial year . now company is saying as i have now complate finacila year so they will now give me my amount in full and final .
when i have read the company policy performance pay is applicable for top 3 band ( grade for employee) and i comes under band 4
one more thing is that this polyc was not applied for all epmloyee of my band
and one person who has regin before me company has give his performace pay
plase advide waht legal action we can take

respected sir,
my uncle has been working as a store keeper in a society school,due to the deficiency of teachers he was also doing the work of a sports teacher.
but now the school is going to being under govt. prosecution so there will be no store keeper post,thus society member suggested him to apply for sports teacher documents from any outside university and he follows that he applied for sports teacher diploma from kanpur university and he got the documents.
after all this he handedover the documents to society members and requested him to investigate for the legality of the documents.when the society member investigate on their level they found that the documents are not legal.
now they are presurizing my uncle to regn. and promising him to reappoint him as a sports teacher.but fortunately my uncle realize that it was all a plan to fired him from his post so that my uncle can loose his seniority and they can easily fill this post with their own relative.
still my uncle have not taken any pay on the basis of those documents so in this sitution what should he do????

i am staying in ghatkopar mumbai in pagdi system from 1976, and all rent recipt till date with me . Landlord owner died in 2004 and his son and brother sold property to builder for development and from 4 brother one brother is live and has put case of 1/3 right in property .we has recd notice when this people sold property and rent is to paid to builder and he is collecting rent 6 year .and 2nd notice recd from brother of land lord say ing this cousins have cheated him and sold property .so may also loss of ur house .As i am an tenent and paying regular rent why shld i suffer between them.WHO IS CALLED of property builder who collect rent or person who has filed case.as builder is not communicating as several time contacted here for problem what can i do .and what right an tenant recd during development of building (addition area + corpus fund + rent )from builder .and if any damage is happen in buildng and life goes who is responsible builder or person who has filed case.Kindly let me know waiting for reply from experts . thanking you .
