Dear Friends,
Can anybody suggest me as to how an Army officer can be traced out in India. Background is , a person A is having a peng criminal case case under section 27 Arms Act, the charges are framed against him. He never appeared before the trail court after bail. Prosecution has not conducted its evidence and has been taking dates. Now A is living an anonymous life. I had filed RTI appication to the Armed Forces HQ and to the concerned Naval PIOby mentioning the roll No. of the Written Exam os the CDSE exam. Under RTI the concerned authority has declined to furnish his particulars on the basis of bing the same third party information under section 11 RTI. However the public intetrest in the information sought overweighs the individual interest in that case even personal information can also be disclosed. Teh public interest is that national security especially when a criminal background person has become a naval officer. Kindly sugegst m,e a way out.

While adopting the Bye Laws, the members approved a small amendment to Bye Law No.69((iii) by adding a sentence: “ Expenses on repairs and maintenance of Common Areas and Facilities as defined in sub-clause (xxii) of Bye Law 3 shall be borne equally by all members”, which is just clarificatory in nature.
Some members are taking exception to the above amendment on the plea that it does not conform to the Co-op. Laws and that even model bye laws are silent on it. Common Areas and Facilities are for the benefit and enjoyment of the members equally, irrespective of area of the flats. Naturally, the cost of maintenance has to be apportioned equally to all members. If not, it will create disparity in apportionment of charges. Can anyone clarify whether the amendment carried out is proper or not!!
My client is in the advance negotiation with an importer at Bangla Desh to set up a 100% Export Otiented Unit at New Delhi. The EOU will have semifinished goods without any labelling at New Delhi and the Product is herbal hair oil in different carrier oil bases; while at Bangla Desh it will be labelled, finished and will be marketed therefrom.
Now, my client wants to know that can this EOU be treated as one unit namely at New Delhi we make semifinished goods and at Bangla Desh we do the final finishing and marketing of the goods in question under one factory unit to take concession of the taxation in both the countries more in particularly in Bangla Desh.
Can my learned friends inform me firstly that where to register my client for 100% EOU in New Delhi and secondly what are the ways to make this product in question to be treated as under one factory, in order to take concession of the Bangla Desh import customs and excise and other taxation as our said products in question will be re-exported from Bangla Desh.
Thirdly, what ware the procedure to set up 100% EOU in New Delhi. Kindly let me know.

Dear Sirs,
Our CHS situated at mumbai having 53 members. One person has sticked to the post of secretary since 1997. Last election of the society was held in 2001 and it's term were expired in 2004. After 2004, out of 7 committee members, 5 have resigned and 2 remain in the committee. There after no election has been held till now and the bank account has been jointly operated by the said secretary and other committee member till now. However, from 1/4/2011, the other committee member has also resigned from the committee and our committee now consist of only one person in spite of seven. The main problem now is that our society can not make any payment for any purpose including electricity bills, water bills, watchmen salaries, property tax etc. as there is no second signatory in the cheque and there is a need for atlest signature of two committee member on the cheque. There is a complete possibilities that in coming days/weeks, there may be a shut dowm of water supply, electricity supply etc. to the society. However, secretary is not worried about it. Further, the said secretary is now not a member of the society since January 2008 as he has transfered his flat to his son by gift deed.
What precautionary measure can we take to avoid such disruption of services or in case of disruption take place in our society. Can we lodge a police complaint in this regard or is there any other steps for which we are eligible for?
Please advise.
Thanks.

NI Act, 1881
Section 125 Crossing After Issue :
Where a cheque is uncrossed, the holder may cross it generally or specially.
Where a cheque is crossed generally, the holder may cross it specially.
Where a cheque is crossed generally or specially, the holder may add the words "not negotiable".
Where a cheque is crossed specially, the banker to whom it is crossed may again cross it specially to another banker, his agent, for collection.
Question :
1) Where a cheque is crossed generally, the holder may cross it specially. (so vive - versa is not applicable (means if the cheque crossed is crossed specially, the holder cannot cross generally)) right ?
2) Where a cheque is crossed generally or specially, the holder may add the words "not negotiable".
It means that when the word "not negotiable" is written on the cheque than the cheque cannot be further endorsed to anybody else right ? Eg: a/c payee "not negotiable" to jyoti than jyoti cannot endorsed to anybody else & if the cheque is lost than bank cannot deposited the cheque which contains the word "not negotiable" to the other a/c if the cheque is lost ?
3) Where a cheque is crossed specially, the banker to whom it is crossed may again cross it specially to another banker, his agent, for collection.
but if the word "not negotiable" is written than banker can also can't endorsed to any another person or banker. right ?
Thanks.
