how could I proceed further to complete the registration?

In my village,We have my grandfather's property registered in 1984 on behalf of his 3 sons. But till now they did not do any registration of their own in their name. But one of his son made registration of his partition on his wife's name.I am eldest son's only daughter who wants to register her father's partition on her name. All of a sudden my dad's younger brother's son(whose father expired in 2002) occupied one of my dad's partition property by locking the house.Recently I myself,My dad has made a "veelunama(telugu)" / Legal hire for dad's prorpety after his death to me.At the same time due these non-sense, as I am a lady do not want to get into trouble, planning to register my dad's property in my name as a gift given my dad.But my dad is not able to do this, since he is scared of my dad's younger brother's son(who has support from the local panchayat lead). In such case, how can I proceed to register my dad's property without any issue?. Is that 1984 WILL , Latest Legal Hire are enough for me to support? . If not how could I proceed further to complete the registration?. How could I approach?. Can I lodge a complaint on him for locking my property?.If so, can I avoid that local leading political person by using any LAW?.please let me know.

Can society force Legal heirs to sign Redevelopment Agreement

The flat i live in was owned by my mother who died in 1982 , my father was nominee but he too died in 1986. My elder sister married in 1994 and i have been living and maintaining the said flat all these years. The flat still stands in my mother's name and now society is going for redevelopment. My sister and i are not in good terms and the society wants us to resolve the transfer asap.
I have made a application to mainatin status quo ..but they say they need to make agreement with builder and need a name. My sister who has been married and away all these years is now making demands knowing her importance. I need to time to do the settlement with her .
1. Can the society force me (legal hier) into something i'm not interested in?
2. What happens if i don't sign the agreement with builder ?
3. Since i'm in possesion of the flat since all these years and mainating it ,can the staus quo be maintained even after the new busiding is ready ?
4. What do i need to do to safeguard my position?

Please Advice .
Thanks

ownership flat on leasehold land

Hi, I have a question regarding flats in cooperative society situated on a plot which is leasehold…
I am looking to buy a flat for myself & have seen flat in old building in mumbai. The society is registered housing society. However, the plot is not owned by the society but is given on lease by an individual. Lease period is 99 years – balance lease period is less than 50 yrs…(One may think this is long enough but considering the HUGE property prices in Mumbai this appears a limited period)
I will like to know – What happens when the lease period gets over? Are the owners required to vacate the flat?? What kind of payment is required if the lease is to be renewed?? Can the lessor ask for termination of the lease even before the lease period is over?
Does the law anyway protect the flat owners in such case when the landlord does not want to renew the lease??
Request you to kindly reply urgently.
Regards,

cheating

A is a private ltd company entered into partnership with B on 25/75 % Ratio. B's father is a shareholder of A.s company and gave money to the company as unsecured loan on interest.dispute arose between A & B as the partner ship firm controlled by B owed money to A.suit is pending for recovery against B.In the mean time B's father wanted his unsecured money back with interest from A.A refused to give the money.suit was filed for recovery by B' father. In this suit A filed the written statement stating that the money was adjusted as his son owed them money in Partnership firm controlled by his son and nothing is due.In written statement it was also stated that the money was adjusted as B' father is partner in partnership firm-which is absolutely wrong as B' father is not a partner in that firm and the partnership deed is on record. The suit was decreed and waiting execution as A' company has gone in appeal. My question is whether criminal proceedings can be initiated against A' company as they have given false information as per their written statement and have diverted unsecured loan money of B' s father and have shown nill balance in statement of a/c.should B's father file a private complaint in court or approach the police to file FIR. please suggest the best course of action

Dispute about parking space between 2 Co-op hsg soc ltd

Two societies are located in the same complex (VASAI E) and are currently sharing common entrance and parking space.

Society "A" which is a 7 storey tower was built first. Subsequently the promoter had built Society "B" in the space meant for Garden of Society "A".
Society "B" is also a registered society for the last 5 yrs.
Now society "A" has issued a notice to society "B" stating that "B" is built on land meant for garden of "A", hence they are entitled for parking within the compound and also "B" must have there separate gate from the back lane of the building.

kindly help in replying to the above problem.
