how mutual consent cancellation

sir
divorce of mutual consent, final date this july last week. by demanding 4 lakhs money she(wife) is wantedly trying to absent to court. so i want to take return my file from court and i will file separately again for divorce (FILING FROM SINGLE SIDE)TRIED FOR MUTUAL, WASTED 7 MONTHS. SO TO TAKE MY FILE HOW TO PROCEED AND HOW MUCH TIME WILL TAKE, HOW MUCH FEE TO PAY TO COURT FOR RETURNIG FILE?
sir same lawyer for wife and husband, wife is telling with lawyer that she want 4 lakhs. lawyer know all the story, wife is a money mided and behaving like a sadist

Validity of cancellation?

Dear Members,

This is the fact: A company borrowed a sum from one B, later A executed a General power of Attorney in favour of B for that loan, subsequently B with the power of attorney encumpered the property belongs to A by way of Sale agreement with one C, for that A got and injunction order to restrain B to convey the land and later cacelled the power of attorney executed in favour of B, then A (directly) and C cancelled the sale agreement therein recited that no cosideration involved which no incorrect and already registered sale agreement part consideration received by B as a agent on behalf of A, from C, here my question when a cancellation of sale agreement therein not specified the refund of advance already received.. is this Valid Cancellation???

Kindly Clarify.

How to convert an Agricultural Land in Gujarat to NA Land?

I have an agricultural land in Gujarat near Ahmedabad. It comes under Gram Panchayat. I would like to set up a factory on that land. Kindly let me know the procedure for converting the agricultural land into NA land for setting up factory. I have gone through Mr. A V Vishal's reply but whether the same is also applicable to Gujarat State & to my above mentioned situation?

Pension Related

I have rendered 15 years combined service in DU and absorved in the Competition Commission of India, a central government autonomous body under the ministry of Corporate Affairs having no pension facilities, through Direct Recruitment. Am I eligible for pension from DU as per CCS pension Rules, 1972 37? If yes, please attach the DOPT letter which states that '10 years' is the qualifying service for getting pro-rata pension on absorption in a government body having no provision of pension.

Whether FBT paid written off is allowable expenditure

dear sir,
we have paid FBT for the financial year 2009-10 of Rs. 22000. now in the financial year we have written off FBT Recoverable of Rs. 22000 through Profit & Loss A/c. so sir, i want to know whether fbt written off is allowable expenses as per income tax act.

Property

Dear Sir / Madam,

My Uncle was purchased a home on 1998 from local people and then I have purchased the same property from my Uncle on 2004 located at Burari Area (unauthorized colony) of Delhi under Power of Attorney process because Registry is not available in this Area.

Electricity Meter is still in the name of my Uncle and water meter in favour of my name.

Recently my uncle threatened my to allow him to build a room on upper floor otherwise he will go to the court and registered a case against me.

What can I do, please help me and give me a legal advice. Kindly give me a proper guidance.

SRA query on commerical property

I have two shops of 200 sq. ft each in a particular locality since 1984 and that location is going under SRA scheme wherein the builder is in the process of taking collective and individual consents for make an application to SRA authorities.

My parents have expired and i am the only son of theirs. I belive that under SRA schems one can get only one flat / shop.

Builder is offering only 1 shop of 200 sq. ft. (am i entilted to ask for more under the regulation) and is asking me to sacrifice the other shop. Also he is not ready to compenstate me in cash equivalent to market value of the other shop?

Also as per the builder, part of my shop will be going for road development and he is of the opinion that the same will any way be taken by the collector.

Can any one help me on the various alternatives/ remedies available to me?
