(a) Case law on cross examination
(b)case law -no share of concubine for property of his lover.
(c) Property intestate; property left intestate will go to the owner who left the property intestate.

Mutation is possible even if in survey numbers and extent as described in the document is not correct. Please let me have government orders in this respect

Dear Sir/s,
I had applied under RTI for some information from State Bank of India, due to rejection under section 8 (d) (e) & (j). I filed Ist appeal to their appellate authority. Again they rejected it u/s 8 (d) & (j).
I filed second appeal with CIC in Novemebr'10, the case may be listed in month or two for hearing.
Kindly guide me, what are the process of hearing with CIC under RTI?
Should I need to appoint a lawyer for it?
Kindly guide and advice me, My presence during hearing is importance and have any impact over the decision of CIC or the written submission which is filed at the time of appeal filling is sufficient for the case result.
Presently I am residing in Jaipur, should I need to attend hearing.
Kindly advise me.

Is there separate judicial exams for appointment of judges in GOA? or is it taken together with Maharashtra Judicial Examinations?

WE are an automobile industry.
Our major sales are exports to the extent of 85 %
we do not have export house status . we are applying for the same
Now the question is that
should we have to root thro all the documents only thro the bank? is it mandatory as per FEMA act ?
submission of SDF form to what extent of the bill value it is not required ?

we have purchased property in mumbai from legal heirs. all property holder in property card are dead, and legal heirs have not name on property card. pls suggest me what is the produdure to make mutation entries on legal heirs name. we also done sale deed also.

Construction on our terrace
Hi,
We have a bunglow in with 2floors. 1st is of my uncle and second floor is mine. We have a terrace and we have already sanctioned 3rd floor past 10yrs ago...
The question is that who has the right to construct on the terrace. Will we have the right as we stay on the 2nd floor and above us is the terrace or would there be a 50% of each one of us.
Please help as we want to construct the 3rd floor.
