Sub : Queries regarding acceptance of loan from NRI Director That one of my client M/s. ABC Fabrics Pvt Ltd is engaged in the business of manufacturing of Grey Cloth at Bhiwandi. Its one of the Director is Non Resident Indian (NRI). The company is in need of fund to the extent of Rs.60.00 Lacs. 1)Whether NRI Director can lend money to the company from his NRE A/c. 2)Whether NRI Director can subsequently credit the refund of loan to his NRE A/c. in order to repatriate the said amount if necessary. Kindly give your legal opinion at the earliest so that we can take decision in this matter by Friday 20th February, 2015.

Respected Sir/Madam,
One of my relative had filed 498A case against her husband last year in feb. Now the case is in court and my relative husband is attending the hearings in the court.Last week on mutual understanding in btwn both they decided to stay together but my relative doesn't withdraw the case b'cos she want to watch her husband behaviour for few days and then she will take the decision whether to withdraw the case or not. Two days back my relative husband came to her with 100 rs stamp paper and some receipts belonging to advocates mutually aided co-operative society and he said to her that he deposit some amount as FD in AMACS (hyderabad) on the names of his family members. Now he is asking her to sign on the blank 100 rs stamp paper, so that he can get back that money from AMACS for their personal needs and he also mentioned that if she doesn't sign or without her sign on that paper he will not get that money, so my doubt is that whether he is true or not or he is planning to come out of this case by taking signature of her on that blank stamp paper.
So, I kindly request you to give me a advice to my question.

Is she has rights in the ancestral property
of my cousin which comes from his father side?

hello sir my mother's mother was has one flat in mumbai so now my grand mother is not in present(died)..and nobody is present in my mother's family except mother..so now we want to transfer that flat to my mother's name...what i have to do for that...i have asked mumbai's lawyer so they told us about L.A. can u tell me what is meaning of L.A. and approx how much rupees i have to spent behind this....pls guide me thank you....

Please Help us as the landlord is harassing us to vacate our residence which we are occupying since 45 years through pagadi system. He has somehow got TMC to declare this as dhoka dayak imarat. Dont know what happens next. what are the steps to be taken so as to retain our rights and not lose out. We still reside at the building, No one else is staying. Earlier it was occupied by the landlords who have left to some other place. They arent even declaring whether they have sold it or who is the new owner. Please advice. need your guidance urgently.The top floor is somewhat looking dangerous because they havent maintained it well nor do they maintain the whole building.We are in ground floor which is in good condition. just two storied building

Puran Chand, I obtained degree from the Sikkim Manipal University through distance education mode at Jalandhar Study center which was authorized by University, session Nov-2011 to Nov-2014, Now want to continue my study with IGNOU. M.com after B.com, but ignou reject my application from as "OFF CAMPUS".
An e-mail sent to ssc@ignou.ac.in they replies as:

Dear student.
Private Universities cannot establish off campus centre(s) beyond the territorial jurisdiction of the concerned State. However, they can establish off-campus centre(s) within the concerned State after their existence of five years and with the prior approval of the University Grants Commission. So far, UGC has not approved any off campus centre(s) of any Private University.

My Father(Expired) and my uncle ( stil alive) had purchased a land 12 kathas and got registered 6 kathas each in their name respectively and this land falls in 2 dags.They had amicably divided their plot between each other and that divided plot was not registered with a demarcation site plan but a site plan made by both of them in a plane paper and signed accordingly,but finally this site plan was not registered.Now my uncle wants to sell their some vacant land by dividing two parts,one part falls immediately in-front of our ( father's part) main entrance of our ( father's) building which around 1/2 kathas. I have offered them to give us that small part with current market price, but my uncle does not want to sell that 1/2 kathas to us. Now please let me know is there any proceeding which can give that small part 1/2 kathas with current market price? Please advice sir.

Dear Sir/madam,
My self Pradeep requesting for a help regarding the transfer of vehicle.
I purchased a Ford ikon car from a person looking into olx.in, he gave me the form 29 and smart card duly signed by the owner name which the seller was not the owner.
i had no idea of other things where i gave the cash and purchsed. but now when i went to RTO for transfering to my name, there it states the vehicle is held under HPA with HDFC bank, the car model is 2006 and HPA is with second owner, in between without transfer the car has been moved to many hands and no one is able to give the documented owner no. for NOC of HPA the owner is the right person as i confirmed with HDFC bank, but there is no contact no. and the RTO people is not giving back my form 29 whcih they say it cannot be returned. i am stuck with no doc no transfer, file at RTO, if the car would have been in HPA, by the time the car should have been taken back, but still i am using it without any probs. can anyone please suggest the alternate way to get back my docs or transfer.
