We r 3 in members including my Father and a brother are acccused in 324 452 34 . doctor report says normal injury , is this punishable or court may release us on bond . My father is in Tata Steel service , My self is in private service and my brother is in govt. undertaking organisation . If we punished then what effects on our service , before punishment what precautions would be taken next date for judgement/argument on 4/7/15.

Our apartment society is not registered. It is situated in bhubaneswar. Orissa.Some of coowners are jealous of one coowner. They kept a house keeper who lives with his wife in the basement. It is a 12flat apartment. He is not maintaining visitors log and doing personal work of 3 or 4 flat owners. If u ll ask him anything hr is aarogantly replying . his daughter and her family comes and stay with them for 10 15 days. Last night when I came his daughter in law was there. When I asked housekeeper male why you are not maintaining visitors log. While talking her daughter in law came in picture and argued. I asked who are you. Then after casual argument she went upstairs and called 6 to 7 flat owners. They all came and called my father (senior citizen) and 4flat owners directly telling that she will go and lodge a police complaint that your son misbehaved her and they will falsely say that they were the witness. I have recorded all the conversation with her daughter in law. I fear that as he is staying with her wife can give any false case . the flat owners are saying that as he is a house keeper his daughter daughter in law can come . what can I do to prevent such action. Can I do anything legal. I am 1st year law student. I have the video footage of about false witness. Pls advice me.thank you all in advance for your valuable suggestions.

In a civil court, being a defendant, for bringing vital evidence for the existence of a pathway at the north side of plaintiff's property, defendant taken out a survey commission. The survey commission was executed using a land assignment sketch as its basic document. Now plaintiff filed petition to set aside the commission report on the reason that it was done with out the permission of the court as there was no proper survey plan for the property. What is the remedy for the defendant to save his vital evidences brought by the survey commission ?

i'm prakash from near chennai,
we have the land in 8.5cent,my grandfather put that land with somebody they were in our village for money purpose...my grandfather have three sons...he took totaly from 8,50,000 from the loaner that was in 2007 to 2009 in installments total 8,50,000 for medical treatment purpose.but now my grandfather passed away and my father elder son passed away four years back(2011)...in medical treatment....the loner telling now he is going take our house and land to his custody for the credit...we can't able pay back total amount immedialty but need some time and to pay the total amount in installment dudes with low interest for total amount..

Dear Sir,
I wanted to book a flat / plot in Sealink project in Navi Mumbai being built by M/s Landscape. This area is in demand right now due to proposed Shivadi-Nhava Railway project by gove. Their documents show that land is for agriculture but they say that it comes under U2 zone, so residence and commercial can be built upon it, no need to make it NA. I thought the land must be NA before building houses on it. I am confused and have hold my decision to invest in this project.Request your expert advise on this pl.

dilapidated condition of flat
Hello, I stay in Mumbai, in building I stay on second floor and flat on first floor below my flat is in worst condition the owner is not renovating the flat and there is a threat to my life as the floor can fall anytime. Kindly suggest how to complain? Thank you.
