Respected Experts,
I m living in a society which comprises of at least 100 flats in one compound wall of two and three bed rooms.our society consists of 7 blocks which constructed by different builders but name of society is royale city singhpura,zirakpur Punjab and whole society is owned by Motia constructions ltd and others now sewage connections are connected but no sewage connection document has been given, we members have come to know that any residential society comprising such no of flats should install sewage treatment plant but builder says it is not mandatory for g+2 type flats we fear after possession we may not face legal case afterwards and in that case we all society members shall have tobear the expenses to install sewage treatment plantpl advise us whether it is mandatory to install sewage plant or not by indian laws, pl hurry to answer this since builder is eager to leave the society office after completion upto 15 Dec2015,Regrds,VIRENDER SINGH

Is it safe to buy SRA slum house.What things need to be kept in mind while buying it and anx-2 contains name of seller father who died 5-6yrs back and his son is selling that slum house.

Dear sir our grand father property (1acer open land )at hyderabad gifted by govt in freedom fighter quota the same is occupied by the neighbour land owner in the revenue records (pahanies)showing up to year 1995 our grand father name only as a pattadar he never sold to any body he is late now how can get the right on property kindly tell me.

Dear Sir,
My borther son applied for CET at Karnataka and got selected via KEA. He was allotted to a college at Tumkur. He took admission after paying all required documents and fees. Now after 3 months the university VTU sent one letter that the student did not qualify since he got less percentage than norm. I want know what action I can take on KEA, since by selecting the student and allowing him to take admission, they cheated to us. Please suggest.

Recent my dad passed away he has 3 marriages i m daughter of second wife me nd my brother only we two kids r there
, from first marriage he is having 5 children's all of them are married me nd my brother are single yet from third marriage he is having one daughter now property claims have been started he left without any will I want to know how much proportion can be divided legally to a gal who is not married nd still with his mother.

A senior citizen couple are required to file Compliance Application in Bombay High Court due to default by the builder in the Consent Terms. They don't have resources to pay advocates and so pl. advice the alternate option of filing the said application in person. TIA for your time and guidance.
