Threatening to book a case of extortion

Respected sir,I'm a doctor(recently completed my medicine) and was going to a institute for coaching for higher competitive exams. Meanwhile in one of the institutes where i was going for coaching I was manhandled by the director of the coaching institute. I immediately approached the P.S and MLC was done. meanwhile the other management staff approached me and pleaded me and my parents not to go with the case as it will be damaging to their reputation.I took pity on them but my father went further with the case. Meanwhile the police told me to continue with my coaching in the said institute. They were actually preparing to trap me and my old parents. On the pretext of amicable settlement they handed me a cheque of 50000 rupees.I was naive of their plans and went ahead and deposited the cheque in my account. They simultaneously stopped the payment from their bank and went to police station to file a case of extortion against my parents and me(saying that I was threatening them to approach media and blackmailing them). Now they are telling to bring that cheque for compromise. I don't trust anyone now as the police are hand in glove with these white collar criminals. Please suggest me what do I do now.
P.S: The police claim that the person who manhandled me was taken to court and a petty case case was booked and he paid a fine. I still don't know how far is this true.

Breach of peace under sec 144 and 145 at sdo court

Civil Litigation of land under Sec-144 & 145 at SDO Court,Dhanbad

My father purchased 72 decimals of land from all sellers at Govindpur,Dhanbad in 1967.He did the required mutation with rent receipt in 1969.Thereafter, with all sale deeds, mutation and continuous rent receipt,he was in the possession of land till 2005,when one of the heirs of the sellers approached and proclaimed that few more shares of sellers are pending and said those few sellers are going to take their possession of the land at earliest and endeavoured to create a boundary wall on the empty land.
So.out of panic my father lodge injunction n Sec-144 in the SDO Court of Don the said land in 2005 hanbad in 2005 which later converted into Sec 145.In the mean time,my rent receipt also stopped because the Anchal office record of the "Jamabandi"or rent receipt account book at Karamchari office perished n torn out. All the way for ten years till 2015 there were numerous hearings, witnesses, arguments, evidences from both sides during the case. Also during the case the sellers heirs forcefully ploughed the land during the trial n hearing of the case, for which I reported to the court under Sec 146..The enquiry report of the police states that the sellers heirs ,the opposite party in the case who have already sold the land have forcefully & whimsically ploughed and cultivated the land. And finally sooner or later to my astonishment ,when the Circle Officer of the land also sends the inquiry report of the disputed land property in favour of the sellers heirs i.e the opposite party as the current possessor of the land, though the sale deeds, mutation n rent receipts are accepted & intact on our side. The case is sub judice and the order may soon happen on either side towards possession of the land.
Kindly advise and suggest a proper course of action at earliest.

Section 34, 120b ipc.

Crimes u/s 420, 447, 506 have been committed by a group of three men together. Still police haven't booked them u/s 34 IPC. What should I do? Are they also liable to be booked u/s 120B IPC as a conspiracy was hatched to commit the crime??

Regarding sub division of joint mutation land

Sir we have a 340sq mt land which is in join mutation of 3 brothers and 1 sister. 3 brothers have already constructed their flats jointly in about 210sq mt area and remaning portion the sister will construct. but now we want to sub division so that each of us get our occupancy area registered in our own names. how to proceed for this ? also how much set-back space has to be left from main road as our area comes under municipal? we are from port blair.
