I AM LAWYER, I FIEL ELECTION PETITION UNDER SEC 31 OF GUJ PANCHYAT ACT. PRAYING FOR RE ELECTION OR RECOUNTING THE BALLAT PAPER, I WANTS TO KNOW THAT WHICH PROCEDURE IS ADPOTE IN THIS TYPE OF CASES, CIVIL PROCEDURE OR OTHER? SECOND THING IN HOW MUCH TIME PERIOD COURT SHOULD COMPLETE THIS TRIAL AND GIVE JUDGEMENT? ANY CITATION FOR ABOUT THIS ,,THAT IT IS MANDATORY TO COMPLETE THIS TRIAL AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE? BE CAUSE DELAY IN THIS TYPE MATER IS INFRACTIOUS THE CASE. PLS GIVE ME GUIDE LINE SIR.

Hello ,respected all I am from Hyderabad my friend has 12 acres in vikarabad district previously ranga reddy dist.The land belongs to anscestral property .Not earn by his father,his grand father sold that 12 acres property to some X. Without giving any information to his sons.Some Y has purchased land and registered sale deed in the name of some society.
Here Y Did a huge mistake in documents that Y Purchased total 25 acres at the same time
But here if we absorb clearly in sale deed
12 acres belongs to some P mandal another 13 acres belongs to some Q mandal but at the time of sale deed in 2001 registar made total 25 acres land in P manda,...l for that reason mutation of land failed.After some days my friends grand father has died .Legal heirs of that deceased has applied for succession ....succession got sucssesed .After getting succession the grand sons once again sold above said 12 acres to some R
From 2002 to up to date revenue records showing the land in the name of R.
Now the problem raised is the person who got the land in 2001 from my friends grand father I,e ( who has just sale deed ) has occupied position from last one year
My question is
1) is the registration sale deed done with different revenue mandal is valid or not
2) Only sale deed without mutation or without entering his name in revenue records is a valid owner or not?

Dear Experts,
One of my friend who is settled in UK now,
1. He bought an agricultural land in India on 2014 when was an Indian citizen.
Now, 2017 he is an UK citizen(NRI), Can hehold the agricultural land that hebought previously on 2014?
2) His grandpa got some agricultural land that inherited to his Father, in future, those land will be inherited to him? Is that ok? as a UK citizen will there be any problem?

Hello sir, my name is SHEIK FAZIL , I was studying in government college as a BBA student. My father name is HUSSAIN, in my father documents like AADHAR CARD, PAN CARD,ETC., his name should be HUSSAIN only, but in my TC & Birth Certificate my father name is MOHAMMED HUSSAIN, So now want to change father name in my TC & Birth Certificate. My Father all the document has as a HUSSAIN name only , but from my childhood the name of my father is mentioned MOHAMMED HUSSAIN now i want change into HUSSAIN. SO i want help to change my father name in my all document's..

Dear Members the recent decision of suprem court 15 dec 2016 stated that all liquire serving and selling outlets should be closed which come in the radius of 500 meter of state / national highway ....does this order includes the roads running inside out the city and if yes are there any remedied or chances to be saved by this decision also what option does the government have to turn the table around also the honurable court has issued the order under article 142 ....what does it mean kindly clarify

Dear Sir
My father owned shop in Mumbai on pagari basis . After his death the shop was transferred in my mother name. My mother also expired in 2012 leaving three sons as her heir.
My elder brother is running the shop at present. After long discussion and argument my brother agreed to give our share in cash and subsequently he paid to my younger brother but now he is refusing to give my share.
I am living in Gandhinagar Guj.
I want my share .Kindly advise how to proceed.

I already cleared my Rd amount but still some amount is not paid because I have withdrawn my Petition So the the date of RD filed by respondent which is cleared and till the case withdrawl date that arrear still remaining.
My Question is about for balance amount Could respondent again refile Rd to recover the balance amount.

Pay protection exservicemen
Sir,
Is there any limit to file case, till date the authority is not protecting our last pay drawn from defence forces, this bank is recruiting exservicemen as per government guidelines(District Cooperative Bank, Kakinada, AP) but not protecting pay as per government guidelines issued by Min of Finance/State Govt, hence i prepared to file a case through an advocate near by, giving all policy letters. Also please let me know is there any specified time limit to file a case regarding this, because already more than 4 yrs elapsed. The authority kept on postponing our case till date without reply.(Saying orally we will do it)
