Can the RTI be filed to seek information from Assistant collector RCS Delhi?
I want seek information regarding follwoing:
1. Under what circumstances, Execution of order is done to recover money from surity of Principal Borrower.
2. Are all surety equally liable to repay the amount taken by Principal Borrower.
3. Under what circumstances arrest warrant is issued against a surety for recovery of loan taken by Principal Borrower.
4. If recovery from salary attachment of surety for Pricipal Borrower is not done, what are the steps taken by Assistant Collector to revoer the amount.

Good afternoon sirs,
In a specific POCSO case,there are 32 witnesses against me.31 witnesses have already deposed before the special court in my favour, but the remaining 01 witness has deposed that i had threatened her not to tell anyone about her being molested by another person [who is also an accused in this case].
My question : Will the Judge convict me or acquit me, as she is the lone witness against me?

This is BANDARAM.BABU,
My question is,in my SSC certificate(2009) my sur name was correctly printed but in my intermediate certificate (2011)my sur name was printes as BANDARM.BABU,and that continued in my degree certificate also.
In that time didnt consult eny one about it.Now i want correct my sur name is certificates is it possible?if yes,please give me the suggession please sir

Hello Experts, I need your advice regarding surname change. I was an Hindu girl, after conversion married to a christian. Our marriage was a church wedding. I have marriage certificate issued by church. Now I want to change my surname. Can I get it changed directly in tamilnadu gazette using the marriage certificate or is there any other procedure involved since mine was an church wedding.

Last name is not added in it. But now for other documents I needed Surname in it. What is the procedure to add my last name in it.

My father has 4 brothers ..we have one shop with the name of my grandfather. We have the affidavit in which all the brothers have given the shop to my father. In municipal corporation records ts1is in the name of my grandfather. But assessment form is in d name of my father. Electricity bills is with my fathers name. Now my father want to sell the shop. Will the ts1 form will be needed in that?? What will u suggest....kindly guide...will be thankful

My wife wants to start an online education business. The courses will be like-
financial planning,Investment management etc.
We don't know the legal process before launching the online business.
Please provide advice regarding the following-
1. Can she start her business from her parents' home address in West Bengal? Is NOC from parents or commercial power connection or any other documents required then?
2. She wants easy to manage paperwork for her business. Which type of business structure should she form- partnership/LLP/PVT LTD?

Registration of land
Dear sir/mam,
I want to register a piece of land in patna on my mother name. she doesnt possess any pan card.
shall i get the stamp duty payable registered under her name. kindly suggest as i m a new buyer and i dont have sufficient knowledge. I contact local lawer too but i think they are somehow manipulating my view.
