Industrial tribunal have served notices to 5 respondents (Management) to appear personally or through authorize Representative for the date fixed. My query is that do all 5 respondents (Management) to whom the notice have served have to sign the authority letter or only one respondent from the management side can sign the authority letter in Form F. Please advice.

Regarding Compassionate grounds of appointment a petitioner filed her WP in HC, and prayed ...
“to issue an appropriate writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.1 and 2 in trying to appoint the 3rd respondent (Concubine’s son) for the post as a xxxxxx in the place of petitioner’s father without considering her (the petitioner) for compassionate appointment as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and being violation of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to issue any proceedings by appointing the respondent No.3 under compassionate grounds in the place of petitioners father and pass .... ”.
But still it is pending in the Hon’ble court since a decade. Recently the 3rd respondent expired.
For appropriate immediate relief what sort of procedure the petitioner (she) should follow... pls. guide in this issue.

Hi, my brother and I live in different towns. We have properties that we inherited but I got a property in his town and he in mine.
We want to gift each other these properties so we can manage them respectively as it's a headache for us correctly.
I understand under the gift tax blood relatives can gift each other properties. Would this be a problem for us, some CA's have said not an issue since we are blood relatives while others are saying it will attract penalties.
Any advice?

Hello Team,
My wife had filed a 498A case against me and police have issued notice 41a to me and my family members.
Police had called us to station for investigation and we went and gave them all the needed info.
However while giving the notice they have asked us the address and we gave out rent house address.
Now we are planning to shift to another house.
So how do i change the address in notice 41a now ?

When Judge has exparted case in favour of wife and 4 yrs old daughter and maintenance amount has been awarded according to the income proofs provided by last employer in sept 2016 but after then there is no information about him and his location, his family declared that he is not with them, but they also in DV case. What punishment can be charged against his family so that he can be traceable.

I am married for last 12 years and my husband has filed for divorce on grounds of cruelty . I am staying in my matrimonial house with my 8 years old daughter alone .his parents died . He has shifted to another house as he is having an extra marital affair and wants to settle down. How can I stop the divorce. It's been 2 and half years he has filed and I am contesting the case. Please advise how to dismiss the case . He is saying that by this year end he will get the divorce decree from the court even if I contest . Please help

Hi, I have bought a room in chawl which is pagdi type with proper sales deed to my owner.
Now the landlord is demanding transfer charges 33% of what I paid to my owner. Also he is rejecting to accept rent stating I am not his tenant. The landlord had transferred this room to my owner in past but my owner sell this room to me without the transfer.
I bought the room in 15lac and 33% of which comes to 5.25lac which is way high and I don't have capacity to pay even 50k.
How I can proceed in this case since my owner is already took his money and gone. I am no where in picture if he send notice since it will come in my ex owner's name.
How I can legally attend this case to save my room and money. The landlord is saying that he will send notice to evict me from my room which we bought availing loan from my relatives friends.
Is it legal to demand 33% or any amount towards the transfer document ? Please advise since he has given 1 -2 week time.

Sir police have filed a chaptter case against me with one fir against me which is also under trial & even I have not received fir copy of same for & now they r processing chapptter case & ago is saying that please fill the bond & me I m confused if I fill the bond then I am accepting that I have made a crime & never b repeated in future if I am not filling bond than ACP is saying that we will arrest you .under trial fir still chargesheet is not submitted .just suggest me should I fill the bond or not
