Sir,
my wife filed case under crpc 125 in Judicial Magistrate court. the interim maintenance order will
come soon. In case of any adverse order against me, how can I challenge the interim maintenance
order in higher court ?
My query is under which section can I challenge the the interim order and in which court ?

I bought a property in 1998, i didnt got patta from the owner at that time...now i decided to sell my property...at that time only i came to know that my land is under ceiling....i have only 1204 sq ft...when i approached vao he asked me to go to ULT office...in ult office they asked me to submit an application for innocent buyer with EC , sale deed and address proof...i submited all they have asked ,then they told i will be called for verification statement....after all this i will get my land back?how many months will it take to get clearance... will govt take my land?...

Im working in Karnataka State Govt Dept and working in RTI Section.
In my Office file pertaining to a complaint has been lost and it has not yet traced. In meantime complainant has filed RTI in r/o that complaint. We gave reply that the same has not been traced. Finally in that case Karnataka Information Commission has ordered that to take action as per Karnataka State public record act 2010 & 2013 against the Govt. Employee who is responsible for lost of Govt. Record.
Please guide me what are the steps to be taken from my Office against the concerned who is responsible for loss of record as per Karnataka State public record act 2010 & 2013 '

Criminal Case has been dismissed due to no availability of the witness and compliant was not coming to the trails from the beginning IPC - 279, 337.
MACT filed of 10 Lakhs (after 1 years and 4 month).
Insurance Co-lapsed on 30th Oct 2016 and Accident happen on 2nd Nov 2016, another policy took on 4th Nov 2016.
The car is already sold out in Jan 2017. Policy copy and everything is misplaced. Owner was the husband (not in the car) and Wife was driver, Wife was going to her parents house in hurry
Person who was hit by car was in EME candidate and was crossing the highway at 11:30 pm. I took him to the hospital and got in to this trouble.
Post the criminal case, he friends attacked me with a track and i was injured, because of fear i stopped going to Baroda location.
Please suggest, how can i come out of this.

This is in case of a mumbai housing society, which has misplaced its occupation certificate.
Would appreciate if some one can elaborate the procedure to avail a duplicate OC from relevant BMC department.

I work in private college my college employees job time 9 am to 5 pm but now only college librarian time extended by managament 9 am to 5:45 pm .
So, my question is -what is employee working as per rules and right of India.?
how we present to management to so they reduce time.?

I have completed by B.com Degree from SIKKIM MANIPAL UNIVERSITY-DE, Commenced date November -2011 & completed as on November -2014.
I have a doubt about my degree is recognized or not, in this case I want to obtained a letter in this regards from The University Grant Commission (UGC).
I already sent many E-mail to UGC ( different Staff of UGC).
And, also communicating with Sikkim Manipal University-DE from last 3 months, they sent me a letter which was send by UGC to NEPAL RESIDENT STUDENT after the order of SIKKIM HIGH COURT, I did not have any other resolution in this regard.
Kindly, anyone know the legal procedure to obtain a letter from UGC in this regards please to inform me.

Sir I Ve completed sslc in 1997. My actual date of birth is 1981 but in sslc marks card it's 1979. Can I change it now I Ve doctor cert for birth and kundali cert written at that time only.
Remarriage ---section 24 on hindu succession act omitted.
section --24 disqualification on remarriage ((hindu succession act 1956) is omitted by 39 amendment 2005.
can a widow who remarried can inheret property form 1st husband?
