Noisy upstair neighbour

Hello dear experts.

I wanted to know what kind of evidences can be collected against noisy upstair neighbour for filling a lawsuit.

The noise is that of some heavy object getting dragged, loud thumping sound.
This nuisance continues till around 1am.

Does local municipal corporation play any role in controlling such disturbances?

Also, approximately how much time it takes in court to get an outcome?

Thanks in advance.

Three non compounded increments for phd by in service teache

I did Ph.D course work and enrolled for Ph.D in July 2014 as in service teacher. At that time UGC regulation 2010 was in force. I was awarded Ph.D degree on 15.01.2019 and at that time UGC regulation 2018 is in force.I fulfill the UGC criteria for award of Ph.D degree.
Now my query is whether I will be given 3 non compounded increments as per 2010 regulations or under 2018 regulations as award of degree is after 2018 but other compliances as per 2010 regulations

Human rights violation

Hello Experts,
I am posting on behalf of the affected family...

I need advice as to how to proceed against 15-year old for harassing his family. The child (only Child) scares everyone at home by his violent behavior and blackmailing that I will leave home if you will not fulfill my demand and also abuses and beats his parents.

He lives on his terms, so no healthy food or hygiene or studies... failing in school. It doesn't seem to be a matter of psychology and counseling has been tried in the past.

Who is the appropriate authority that can be approached in this regard?
Any hint in this regard would be highly appreciated?

Paid leaves

I work in a proprietorship firm, In our offer letter it was mentioned to give 21 paid leave, In whole year I did not take leave but our firm is denying to pay for such leave in cash or carry forward in next year.

HR team drop email mentioning take your leave 02 in a month or max 4 days leave in a month, no can one take leave more than 04 days. If any employee did not take leave then neither it will carry forward next year nor will pay in cash.

Is there any provision in law to encash my leave or save these leave to laps ??

Property tax

i had purchased a premises in March 2016 in mumbai which was commercial. i converted it to residential flat and accordingly it was changed in bmc's record and i started getting property tax on residential basis. now bmc has come down with differential liability on the basis of capital value for the period from 2015-2016 till date there are 2 queries:-
1. 4 flats are of same size as my flat all residential but capital value for all the flat differ. is it possible?(its 4 floor bldg. with lift)
2. while considering the property tax which is considered as 0.775% of capital value for residential units, the other flat owners are given a benefit of levying only 40% additional tax over there existing tax. but in my case since the unit was previously used for commercial purpose and the tax was more than what it is now for residential purpose the benefit of 40% additional tax over existing tax considering the unit as residential is not considered and given. I am levied rate at 0.775% of capital value directly.

Please do guide at the earliest

Partnership deed

A partnership deed was entered before 20 years back in between 3 partners. Now the firm has to open the demat account in the CDSL, but the cdsl requires either registered deed or notarised deed of partnership.
Sir my query is that can these partners again enter into the partnership deed , and get it notarised, taking support of the earlier deed which was not notarised.
