Sir recently regarding ONGC 577 termbase case the Honourable Supreme Court vide its order dated 13th February 2020 gave its order that we are of the view that the Corporation must treat the concerned works which include 111 out of these 577 employees who have been regularized earlier to be in regular employment on and from the date on which the industrial dispute was referred i.e. 21.12.2004 and accordingly grant all actual benefits from the Said date till 01.04.2013. The other directions that have been given by the learned Single Judge will remain intact. It allows the appeal in the aforesaid terms.
Sir currently my case related to ONGC 577 termbase employees case is lying pending at Labour Court CGIT Ahmedabad Gujarat
My query is can I file a contempt of court against ONGC when my case related to 577 is pending at labour court (at the last stage of argument and decision) since again ONGC denied to pass on the benefit to me. Kindly suggest and guide

Dear Sir,
On the advise of RBI the IBA has prepared and suggested draft if working capital consortium agreement for consortium lending. While suggesting this they have not noticed that for the loans which are based on equitable mortgage banks execute deposit of title deed ( article 6 ) and unattested hypothecation ( exempted thru notification since English time ). In the IBA suggested document i.e Working capital consortium agreement contains loan details as well as security details. Because of this it may fall under article 37(b) / mortgage deed. Article 37(b) or mortgage deed without possession attracts at least 10 times higher stamp duty then article 6 meant for deposit of title deed. This query is presently related to Rajasthan but may affect other states in future. Pl help us and suggest how to deal this situation.

Since 1942 our ancestors were cultivating the land and is still in our possession.
on 7/12 extract, my fathers name along with our other members of family is registered as a Saurakshit Kul.
This land was purchased some where in 1935 by a Baburao Sadashiv Jadhav and registered his CAST as Maratha.
Now suddenly in 2020 we realised that Nomination is registered on this property without our knowledge
Please guide us on the process to be followed

Recently I've met property agent who told me to buy house in slum to the kalwa east of thane city.
This Piece of Land belongs to Central Railway and CR has conducted survey as it will go to R&R scheme as per mmrda.
Can I buy any house here , when survey completed by CR.

A sells his land to B and on the same day after full payment, possession and an irrevocable POA is given to C(B’s Father). After 6 years , B denies the sell agreement and cancel the POA. While the matter was in court C dies. The POA is also mentioned in the Sale deed agreement. Can anyone tell me the status of the POA?

I got my name changed after class 12(in 2017). So my name in matric and 12 class cbse marksheet is old. I have gone through the entire procedure of legally getting my name changed through gazette of India and newspaper advertisement. Now in 2020 i passed out from delhi university and took admission elsewhere for further studies. The present university is asking for migration certificate, and i applied for the same in du. But i received a call from du office saying that my name according to du records is my old name and it cannot be changed. According to their policies the affiliated college is supposed to send a notification regarding the change in name. But our college did not guide me after admission about the process. I was clueless about this procedure during all three years of my graduation. Now when I'm passed out i am unable to get migration certificate. My admission is at stake here. Du says that the name change procedure cannot happen for passed out ones. What should i do? Can i file a case against the college for their misguidance. In addition..the employees at DU talked very very harshly, literally harassing the students.

Hi sir/madam,
I have filed a case in HR&CE under commissioner court regarding to quash the order passed by the joint commissioner as well as by temple trustees. Based on there order I am unable to do pooja in the temple.
Now commissioner has ordered both of the orders has been set aside.
Based on above order shall I proceed to do pooja in the temple or any other further proceedings required from end.

Transfer of property from mother to daughter
My mother owns a plot near Chennai. Due to her sudden demise, we are planning to transfer the property to my name as I'm the only child to my parents. She has left no WILL. We have got a legal heir certificate with the names of my father and me. I would like to know what is the procedure to transfer the property to my name along with an option for my father to inherit the property in case of my death. Will this procedure require any amount? Where this procedure has to be done as the plot comes under Avadi province?
