Dear All,
Please confirm the following calculations for Gratuity is correct or not.
Last Drawn salary /26 * 15* Number of Years in service.
I am sure it was correct till Oct'12 however there is amendment to Gratuity Act in Nov'12 by changing the 15 days to 30 days but not sure date of effect and status for FY 2013-14.
Appreciated for your earlier reply.

If I do not pay the money , can HC again send me behind the bars.? As per Law is there any period limit after which the HC will have to grant me bail.If I have to remain in Jail for full term ie for one year then what will be the meaning of my appeal that is pending in the HC.? Kindly clarify?

Agreement between an Indian entity ("service provider") and a
Dubai based company ("contractor"), where the governing law is Dubai.
In view of the above agreement, we have the following queries: -
1). How can the service provider recover its unpaid fees for services provided to the contractor both (i.e.) through litigation and otherwise.
2). How can the service provider deal with ipr and indemnity claims, considering dubai as the place of jurisdiction?

Is it good idea to give a public notice advertisement even if it is a self acquired.
How will this procedure safe guard the interest of purchaser.
If the purchaser is buying the property through a natiionalised bank loan, is the advertisement essential?
Please do advice me. Appriciate your great help.
Will/probate
MOTHER IS THE SOLE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY(FLAT) IN CHS. SON AND DAUGHTER ARE THE ONLY TWO LEGAL HEIRS.
OPTION 1:MOTHER DOES NOT LEAVE A WILL
GIVES A NOMINATION IN SOCIETY IN SOLE NAME OF SON. AFTER MOTHER'S DEATH,SON DOES NOT WANT THE PROPERTY. CAN HE GIVE IT TO HIS SISTER. WILL THE SOCIETY OBJECT TO IT.
OPTION 2: MOTHER WILLS THE PROPERTY IN FAVOR OF DAUGHTER BUT GIVES A NOMINATION IN SOCIETY IN SOLE NAME OF SON. AFTER MOTHER'S DEATH, SON DOES NOT WANT THE PROPERTY. WILL THE SOCIETY OBJECT TO IT.
BOTH DAUGHTER AND SON ARE WELL OFF AND HAVE A VERY GOOD UNDERSTANDING. THEY DON'T WANT TO SPEND MONEY ON PROBATING THE WILL OR RELINQUISHMENT DEED AS IT IS QUIET COSTLY.
