dear my seniors,
one of my client, is staying at govt. quarter, as a rent basis with mutually, consent of to whom the quarter has been allotted,after one and half year, the house owner, created problem,and telling to leave the quarter,my client have one month baby, and difficult to fiend a rent house in this present situation , because he has new born baby,he need pay more attention to his baby.
but the house owner dis connect the electricity connection,of the house with out any information, and after someday, he complained at local police station regarding non leaving the quarter, police has called to my client to police station, but my client is not gone to police station,at the time of staying in this house, the quarter owner taken advance Rs.20000/- and given a hand receipt,but not mention as an advance.except this receipt, there no other prove, but mediator ready to support as witness,police is calling again and again, please, help and suggest what will I do, how handle this situation, and what is the legal procedure. please sugest, its urgent.

I have purchased a property before 143 of a land in feb-13 in uttarpradesh. The person from whom i have purchased land has already applied to SDM in 2012, for making the subject land non agriculture, before selling it to me .
The SDM declared property non agriculture in may-13. Should I applied for mutation now.
If I applied for mutation what i have to do.
As i have purchased property in the name of agriculture land while it now become non agriculture.
Please guide me , how i can keep my interest safe.

MY FRIEND WORKING IN A LTD COMPANY THE EMPLOYEE OF THE COMPANY PUT A CASE AGAINST THE COMPANY YET COMPANY TERMINET THE SOME EMPLOYEE SO PLZ SUGGEST ME AND HIM WHAT WE CAN DO AND COMPANY DOES NOT GIVE ANY TERMINATION LETTER JUST ONLY ORAL COMMUNICATION.

Is FIR is a Public Document?
Can a third person (Neither the Complainant nor the Accused ) approach the Station House Officer (SHO) for FIR Copy under the Right to Information Act?

My wife did 498A/406 against me after 24 years of marriage. The lower court gave orders to break open the joint locker and hand over jewelry to wife. Frankly I never visited the bank to operate locker. I wrote a letter to bank under RTI to give information of log book as to who operated locker in last 7 years.
Bank refused to give information saying that "Information sought by you is related to court case which is subjudice and protected u/s 3(h) of RTI act,2005. Therefore we cannot divulge information to you".
I did not find any such section 3(h).
What should I do?

Hi,
I just saw one judgment by High court judge Ravider Bhatt name as Preeti Satija Vs Raj Kumari. What i understand from this judgment that Mohter in law cannot evit the daughter in law even in civil case for possetion and even if she is the absolute owner on the property. Can someone please have a look and confirm if this is the real case in that judgment. Attached is the judgment. Please read and confirm.

In apartment I have a allotted carpark as I do not have car I would like to rent the space for parking to outsider who is not a resident of this apt.
1- can I give to rent ,is it legal.
