Love cheating by colleague

Hi,

I am a Test Engineer working with a software firm in Kochi. When I joined this firm I got in to friendship with my colleague and then he proposed me by making me believe that his parents has agreed for the relation for which I nodded yes to his proposal. This happened in december 2012. On end of January 2013 he told me that his parents do not agree our relation as we both belong to different caste. But when I tried to move on then requested for not to move on and asked me to wait(our relation was purely like friends and when he asked to roam city or go for outing, I had politely denied. I mean to tell that I maintained elegance in our relation). Then small fights happened in our relation in the name of one of his friend(girl). I was sure that the girl had a strong love for him but he denied. By April 2013 he told me that his parents don't agree to our relation and also that girl went to his house to propose him and argument happened by girl on one side and he and his mother on another side. And back to our relation I was serious in it and I was in a mental state that I was not able to accept other guy. But when ever I keep distance with him he used to come to talk with me.Recently by november 2013 I came to know that he had created talk among coleages that I had proposed him and he denied at that instant itself and still I am after him. Thinking of this that my image has gone and also I was not in a state to accept another guy(parents were trying to fix my marriage) I tried to suicide by cutting my vein. I was escaped by my parents and thus parents involved in the matter. Later when my parents called his parents they replied like he have not never told about me.
If I sign a cheating case on him will it be valid?

Criminal appeal from acquittal in trial court

Sir,

When FIR is lodged in the Police Station by the victim and same is manipulated by I.O. to benefit the accused leading to insufficient investigation. When the victim comes to know after pronouncement of judgement that the accused is acquitted and was made to believe from the time of filing FIR the accused will be punished. How can he appeal in the High Court when the investigation at the trial was not effectively carried out.

The victim has no fault of his own still injustice has been done and state will not appeal in the high court how can victim will bear the expenses from his own pocket for appeal. Is there any monitoring system for cases acquitted or punished.

The criminal is not punished on the contrary he can go scot free with bribe and victim has to bear the expenses for approaching Higher Court. Crime is not punished.

What are the remedies for such a victim other than Legal Aid Cell.

Please kindly inform the procedures.

Thanking you,

MSN

Regularization of state govt. jobs.

Respected Sirs / Madams,
Recently West Bengal State Govt. has regularized the jobs of the Contractual Dental Doctors by Cabinet Ministry's Decision. Normally recruitment is done in these permanent posts through State Public Service Commission.
The said Contractual Dental Doctors were recruited as Contractual by an interview committee other than State Public Service Commission. The State Cabinet Ministry took the decision of regularizing their services after 01/02 years as contractual. The matter is already materialized.
My query is - Is it fully legal ?

Spot memo

Dear Sir,

PF Enforcement officer had issued us spot memo and asked for all the records pertaining to PF from the date of set up of organization.

I have few questions in my mind.

1. What is penalty if we do not respond to " Spot Memo"
2. What charges Enforcement officer can put on us in case of not responding "SPOT MEMO"
3. Is there any time limit to respond this "SPOT MEMO"

Your expert views on above are highly appreciated.

Thanks & regards,

Daughters right to ancestral land sold by father in 1980 (when the daughters were minor)

Hi

Mr A sold his ancestral property in 1980/81 to an independant party (not related to the family). Mr A had 3 minor daughters at the time of sale of the property. The daughters are major now. Can they claim back the ancestral land from the independant party or demand compensation?

Thanks a lot for your time.
