Possession vs ownership

Sir,
My brothers and parents stayed in a flat bought in my name with all members contributing.
My parents are no more but one of my brothers is now claiming possessory rights by virtue of paying the society dues, electricity bill, municipal taxes(even though the receipt is in my name)over the years, contributing some amt to buy the flat and having possession since the flat was bought.
He has now filed a case in court claiming peaceful and uninterrupted possession since 1980 and wants permanent alternative accomodation as the building is now going in for redevelopment.I had sent him an eviction notice asking him to vacate as the builder wants vacant possession.
Can he claim rights based on possession, contribution and paying the taxes and bills even though the title deed is in my name only?

Transfer the flat with gift deed

My Question on following points. Ref – P.S. Dhingra’s Answer
1)- Sale agreement and shares are in her maiden name as she was not married that time.
2)- In past ,She had submitted a application on Stamp paper (With name changed ) to withdraw her name from membership and transfer her rights to her parents , Society asked for the Marriage certificate, She refused to give and withdraw the application, but stamp paper copy was kept in the society.
3)-Now that lady and her parents who are also the joint member of the flat wishes to transfer the flat , to the brother , and she signed the gift deed in her maiden name and hiding from the society that she is married and having husband and a seven year old son.
In this case what precautions society should take ?

Divorce

I have paid entire alimony to my wife during filing Mutual consent divorce petition.
After filing Mutual consent divorce petition in court I have got 6 months interval date for hearing and I appeared on this date and filed mutual affidavit (stating that no relation between both the parties at present and not to be in future) and got another 1.5 months date for councelling.

My question is
1. What will happen in this councelling and how long is time to take finalise the divorce.
2. what will happen if councelling failed or pass.

Principal & agent

Dear Sir,

In a suit plaintiff has made defendant 1 to the Principal and Defendant no 2 to the Agent

But once principal has been sued (made party to the suit) then adding Agent as well, is not required.

Can Court remove/delete the Agent(Defendant No 2) by allowing Application of Order 1 Rule 10 CPC
