if the suit is dismissed for default & again one of the Plaintiff filed new suit on same cause of action, than doctrine of res adjudicate is applicable or not

I have a query
A flat is owned by an individual Mr. X in a CHS Ltd and there is another entity M/s ABC Ltd.
Now ABC Ltd wants to obtain a mortgage loan by mortgaging Mr. X flat as Mr. X is the husband of the owner of M/s ABC ltd.
Can Society give NOC in favour of Mr.X to obtain mortgage loan by M/s ABC Ltd.

Sir I was met with accident in 2009,
Now MACT claim has been awarded to him.
initally there was two sec.279,337 was framed against me. But After Doctor witness they have applied 338 also. But as I took the victim to the hospital & spend mony on his treatment. that I have already shown to the jugde and 279, 337 can be cleared but there is some multiple fracture & Now the decision date was given & the same day vicitim father came & shown some photo of the vicitim. Even I have support every time in court hearing.
Kinldy clear me what will be judge decision as per your experience & he is demanding 8 Lakh.

Hi I have a residential row house to let in Surat, Gujarat under Surat Municipal Corporation jurisdiction.
I also have a prospective tenant. My question is this tenant would like to use my residential property for his office (commercial) purpose. Society members/chairman DO NOT have any issue with this arrangement.
But I would like things on documented and the right way.
1 - So, what formalities I have to do in order to get any clearances(local corporation) required if any.
2 - what does the tenant have to produce for the same?
3 - what are the tax implications?
4 - what kind of agreement is ideal for tenure of 1yr or 3yrs.

my mother has done will for 3 childrens of built up house,my sister and my elder brother has forcing my mother not to give a share for me,my mother has already given a 20/40 empty site to me,my mother is not ready to change the will until her last breath,

Dear Sir,
I had work with Abhijeet group from Last 2 Years. This company Trap in coal scam & due to this company Hold salary of employee from Six Months but now I Resign from job. Befour resign company comet to pay my balance salary with full & final settlement, but after resign they told me they don't have money to pay. They neither pay salary nor deposite my PF from las six months.
Please advise me what to do....

Hi Sir.
We purchased a flat with 2 parking from a builder in blr. We got a clearence letter with no dues from builder to occupy the flat in Nov2012. we started living from dec2012 & parking got 1st & 2nd parking alloted(marked & given with flat no)in june 2013, then after 3monthes 2nd parking got re-alloted to the land owner by the builder, & had to compromise with another parking.
Then in the month of dec2013 when we were out of town(on vacation)without informing us the builder again realotted our 2nd parking again to the landowner. we have been forced to chose a sidy parking lot by the builder. As the builder do not provide any parking allotment letter what is the legal action can be taken against the builder for cheating & making us go thru such terrible mental pressure.

Crime fir status found in cctns as “case detected” but concern police station saying case not traced

Respected Sirs,
I am the complainant of a FIR registered in nearby police station for burgle (House break) of gold jewels and cash in my house on April 2012. I found on 02/01/2014 the status of the said FIR in CCTNS police website as “Case Detected” but concern the Police station officials are saying that your “case not traced yet”. This answer I got from them on 03/01/2014.(This is the answer repeatedly I getting from them in my every visit for the past 21 months).
This is even we handed over the persons (our maid and her husband who involved in this burgle) to the police on the same day of the burgle itself.
I need advice from the experts for further move.
