What is the difference between probate and dispute to title of property in n. delhi

What is the difference between probate and dispute to title of property in

New delhi.

My mother had made a will which is 30 years old of a property in my

favour. I had made petition for probate of the said will. Now I wish to apply

for mutation of the said property mentioned in the registered will in my

favour for which I have to fill in form of land and development office for

mutation of property in my name. In the land and development form there is

one clause which says “whether there is any dispute pending in court of law,

regarding title of the property and has to be answered in YES or NO”

I understand that dispute to title of property and probate are not same thing.

What is the difference between probate and dispute to title of property in

new delhi. If land and development office mutates my name of the said

property on the basis of registerd will then in that case I would like to

withdraw my probate petition with permission of court since probate is not

mandatory in New Delhi.Mention citation

Kindly Advice.

Civil misc vis a vis civil revision?

Q1.Whats the Difference between Civil Miscellaneous Main and Civil Revision Petition filed in High Court?

Q2.Can Civil Miscellaneous Main petition be filed in High Court praying for Directions to Set Aside a Trial Court Order , Should in the aforementioned case Civil Revision Petition should have been filed rather than Civil Miscellaneous Main Petition as Trial Court Order can be set aside in Revision and Not in Misc. Main Petition?

I have divorced my wife in 2009 as per Muslim Personal Law as we are both Muslim. Then cermonised second marriage in 2010.After that my ex-wife filled all sought of cases FIR for 498A & 406 in 2010 which is under trial in court,Mainteness Petition for our minor baby as she her self is a Govt empoly, the case was decided with monthy payment of 2k which i am paying regularly.RCR in 2010 which was dismissed by court.Case in Womens Commission were she got some recommendation to my boss for dis- plenary action for Biagamy at my back.Departmental enquire.
In 2010 she also filed similiary case in SHRC which pending for disposal from 2010,They got some report from DGP were in it is mentioned that The FIR for 498A & 406 is existing against me,In DGP report it is also mentioned that i had illicit relation with the my second wife because of which i used to torture my first wife which is totally wrong. When i saw the report of SP of my ex-wife district wherein it is mentioned that" It surfaced from the compliant & witness of the compliant that Non-Compliant had illict relation with the Lady(My second wife)"
Plz advise what is the reliability of such were in i was never asked anything nor called by the said SP.
The Member of SHRC says only DGP report is against U,while as It is all fabricated.
What should do will this SHRC case as it is pending from lost 3 years without any reason even though i have an FIR for 498A & 406.

Double sale of same plot of land

I purchased a plot of land measuring 9000 sqft from a property dealer (PD) in October 2011. Before buying I scrutinised all documents and found that the PD had bought the land from a person who had inherited the land as a member of an HUF. As the members of the HUF were more they had partitioned their property through court of law which had taken about 30 years to pass Final Decree. During the process of partition, the court had appointed a commissioner to ascertain, evaluate and divide the property equally among 8 coparceners of the HUF. The Commisioner did so after conducting inspection of all the immovable properties of the HUF, verifying their documents, making enquiries and evaluating the market price and finally alloting equal share to each claimant.
All these documents of court proceedings and orders were shown to me and I was satisfied that there was no title/legal problem as it was partioned by the court. Later on the PD caused delay in demarcating the plot I had bought. So I visited the site on 26/01/2014 to demarcate plot myself with the help of a friend. While measuring the plot a gentleman came and enquired about tthe purpose of our measuring the plot. I told him that the plot belonged to me and I was just demarcating it. Then he told me that the plot belonged to some one else and he was in possession of the plot for the past 51 years. I told him that it could not be so, because the land has been allotted to a person who was a successor of the owner as per ROR. The gentleman invited me to see the Sale Deed of 1963 vide which the plot was already sold by the the ROR holder to a third party. I followed him and met an old man who showed me the original Saledeed and also the rent receipt for the rent he was paying to the revenue dept. I got the shock of my life. I immediately contacted the PD and he told me that he has also heard about sale of the property much before the partition.
Now, what is the legal status of my document and what are the avenues open to me to claim my prperty/money?
